the interviews are definitely interesting. It is sometimes great to know why they have these and those reasons, if you could ask 1 or 2 more questions about the ongoing topic.
Tip for guys: If she's really into you / likes you, any question is OK. If she's not interested, any question, no matter how innocent, she will interpret badly and be upset. So it's more about read the air and see how she likes you first before asking anything.
Sometime she like you,but asking rude or just too much would make her feel not good😂 And she would gone😂 In short most people include guys dont like any wuestion that intrude their life.😂
“EXCELLENT” video!! I hope and pray that men, especially (foreigners) think very carefully when asking Japanese woman questions and respect them completely if they do not want to answer certain questions!
I'll never understand how people who put so much emphasis on age differences as far as how you are expected to speak to the other person can have a taboo around asking their age. How do they manage it? I mean, if there's an obvious age difference, I get it, but even a year older or younger means you use different forms of speech.
Interesting, would you mind drilling a bit deeper into these questions. As a European I am a bit lost in understanding how Japanese people act and react. A longer interview with several different characters perhaps where the interview objects could interact with each other. I think that might result in a deeper understanding of Japanese people
Here is the real answer folks: Don't ask any question that they are personally insecure about. Ah but how do you know what they are insecure about in the first place? You don't. Good luck.
In my experience the Japanese girl that was working on base was interested in me and didn't tell me she had a boyfriend. I needed to talk to her because her number was missing a digit when she gave it to me. A guy that went to get her, I founded out later that was her boyfriend. So asking her if she has a boyfriend is valid, unless she likes cheating.
Hahahahahaha....I was living in Japan for 7 yrs and one of the first questions I was always asked: How old are you???? It is normal not to ask about money or looks all over the civilized world unless you are not well brought up.
I remember having seen these exact girls in one of your other videos (I think NANPA video). Are these random girls or your employees that appear in every video of yours? Just curious...
Usually when I talk to Japanese girl after a few conversations they will ask me how old are you.Although I won’t directly ask their age ,I don’t think age is a taboo in Japan
Although that's pretty much important if you want to potentially go all the way with that person. But definitely something not to be asked at the start.
Great videos, how about teaching a little Japanese too. Could translate the main question and main words and phrases. Not too much. Every little bit helps. Thanks
My age? himitsu desu :-) I am joking. I think this sort of questions( age, money...eccetera) depends on who and when they come out. I mean, sometimes a person could become unfriendly for asking and it could happen that you discover later... very much later , that is the man or the woman of your life.
The girl that talk about the legs, men really like thick legs, (even in Japan I saw it in other interviews) I meant if you are in a healthy weight, japanese girls wants to have K-pop model legs, but usually are too thin
The second girl viewed many question in a negative way with negative impressions of herself. She assumes that if someone asks if she has changed her makeup that something must be wrong instead of something must be better. Negative image of herself.
Japan is the society of compliments. If there's no clear compliment in the sentence, it's probably a critic. You wouldn't criticize someone directly so an indirect way like asking if she changed something may be enough
An example... My wife worked there as a waitress and when she forgot to bring water for a customer as soon as he sat, the customer told her it was a very hot day, paused, and hesitantly added he was quite thirsty ...INSTEAD of just asking for some water, since asking would mean pointing out her mistake. He was worried *asking for some water as a customer* could be taken as a critic of her work and felt bad for her. I hope you're getting my point here
its interesting in cultural differences but there were some things that was contradicting such as the girl that said she takes time to look pretty but don't want people to verbally acknowledge because you paying too much attention? I've told a lot of guys if you ever meet a lady with too much make-up, you better take her swimming and see the "real" face before there will be regrets. I've never understood the concept of the urge of impressing others that don't even know you exist or care about you in the first place.
Meeting a woman.... (ok I am gonna ask her something she is confident in so that she would feel secure, and would continue the conversation with me) "Ok my lady, in what domain or activity do you have confidence in ?" ..... "What kind of question is that ? きもいんだけど" " やれやれだぜ " (u_U)
“things that are ok to ask men but NEVER ok to ask women” there, fixed the title LOL If any woman EVER gets upset or unreasonable if these questions are ever asked in ANY context then run boys…. run fast. don’t even put up with it. they’ll be alone and miserable and blaming men forever (if they are not already in a horrible relationship and feeling worthless or making another man feel worthless).
Not even a minute in and I can already tell this isn't Japanese specific. Japanese women don't like being asked about their money? That's all women right?
I don't understand why you are trying to push the age question as a taboo. In my culture asking the age is something normal. Japanese people are complicated people hard to make communication.
In all countries is usually asked, in Japan too, and people still liying they feel insecure about that, usually when you are looking for a relationship
This is ridiculous! All cultures have basically the same sensabilities and etiquete as to not ask STUPID questions. These vlogers are reaching the bottom of the Barrel for content and in this case lack thereof

THIS IS THE BEST ASK JAPAN CHANNEL ON UA-cam.

you ask good questions.

Asking a girl's weight, age or income is bad in any country.
Only because women want to lie about them.
That was a great video! So informative! 10:18, what is that place called? I know it's in Shibuya, but forgot it's name
Cennet mahallesi
Udagawacho

Yeah I noticed that too. She asks different topics questions to the same girls and organizes them into multiple videos depending on the topic.
Usually when I talk to Japanese girl after a few conversations they will ask me how old are you.Although I won’t directly ask their age ,I don’t think age is a taboo in Japan
Thanks for the interview! I'll consider not asking these questions. But could you skip same question asking for each person?
I thought for sure the number 1 thing they would answer was about how many men they have slept with.
Although that's pretty much important if you want to potentially go all the way with that person. But definitely something not to be asked at the start.
How much money do you make?
Nona. Nona your business. 😂😂😂

its strange that women around the world find it rude to ask how old they are. Do all women want to cosplay as someone younger?
Ellie is gorgeous !!!

You can tell second girl causes drama easily, it's better to avoid even talking to her entirely, lol.

I want to know how tall Ellie is. You look much taller than other Japanese girls
Yes she does.
Is "Do you want to see my stuffed bird?" a taboo question?
Surprised people ask those types of questions
I never even think about asking these questions to Japanese women..Still I'm single af 😢

I'm confused why do people ask someone if they are having money issues what are they trying get out of it? 🤔
To know if they're financially reliable in case she becomes your waifu.

i swear she said she was gonna answer the question too?

Can you find someone for me
I love Japanese girls 🫶🏻

Please Ask them if they want to marry South East Asian countries🙏
the rules do not apply if you're awesome
Well your age is going to come up if I am taking you base. Need your id for the guest pass.
