  • Welcome to Week 3, Day 2 of the BeACTive exercise series for people with breast cancer. Today’s workout is a full body strength workout. We are going to slow down our movement and focus on building muscle with this whole body workout. Because the pace today is a bit slower, we want you to focus on range of motion and trying to keep a consistent tempo. We will alternate between upper and lower body exercises today to give those muscles a rest between sets and make this workout extra efficient.
    Equipment needed:
    Action: Chair + small weights
    Challenge: Small weights
    Train: Small/medium weights
    Exercises featured in this video:
    Single leg/squat lunge
    Curl and press
    Deadlift
    Row
