chow mein's recipe can always be altered with what ever veggies, meat or even sometimes fruits to create that prefect taste preferences.. nice to see some variations of ingredients here.. loving your video's .. keep up the amazing work.:)

In India you mainly get different varieties of chowmein ..... and in the street food shops you get Indianised versions of chowmein ..... i love them ......

You should definitely clean it before using it, just don’t clean the seasoning off! - Lee
