Thanks Mikeycat! Sorry we goofed on your guylines; trust you've got them now.
Concerning weights, Solo is only a little heavier, but packs smaller, than Trekking Treez, and costs way less, especially if converting from our Tensa4 product made of mostly the same parts. The major weight savings of Treez comes from letting you leave your normal trekking poles at home, so whatever those weigh: take that off the total carry weight. I stress this because a surprisingly large number of people want to buy Trekking Treez who don't use trekking poles! Of course, they can do so, but I feel like Solo doesn't get enough consideration sometimes. Aluminum is not as sexy as carbon fiber, right?
Solo also offers a higher hang point than Treez. When you measured the hang height of Treez, you had the handle up. But in hammock mode, the handle MUST be sunk wholly; the clamp won't bear a hammock load without slipping.
Also on weights, the lightest anchors by far are Peggy Pegs, weighing half of what the Orange Screws do, which they outperform in some cases. Finally, if you're under about 6' or prefer a shorter trekking pole, you can leave home the "extension" segment of Trekking Treez to save about 7oz per pole. I carry only 1 extension when hiking with 2 poles because I need the extra height to get my foot end as high as I like in hammock mode. In my hands, each pole is only 12oz., same weight as some well-reviewed aluminum poles that probably won't cut it to fend off Squatch like those herky Treez!

I have Tensa4 tensahedron hammock stands for my entire family; each Tensa4 consists of four (4) Tensa Solo poles, plus or minus a few conversion parts. Therefore, it might be worthwhile to note that a couple, each equipped with a pair of Tensa Solos and a handful of accessories, has the raw materials to build a Tensa4 stand whenever it’s needed as an alternative.

They've got parts listed on their site for converting Tensa 4's into Tense Solo's. I find more times than not in the woods at least one suitable tree, so one Tensa pole suits the purpose fine for most occasions. It's when setting up in an open field or on a beach or something where two of them come in handy.
      Thanks for watching. :)
