@@catherine2511-y1w Let me just caution you on one thing. My daughter had grapevines (and grapes) growing on her fence and when I'd pick them and put them in a bucket I was surprised how many earwigs were hidden in them! I don't know if that's true for everyone, but I hate those little buggers!

I hear from other Tiny Home owners that if you put a skirt around the bottom of the house it helps to keep the floors warmer in the winter, even add some insulation to it.

I am curious to see how a tiny house would work for a larger person. I'm totally on board with this type of home, but at 5'11", I don't think a sleeping loft would be comfortable. I've seen tiny homes with more conventional bedrooms, but the loft concept seems so common.

I really like the simple design and all the storage. Such a beautiful garden and the front porch really adds to the space. We have two skylights on the roof of our home and yes, my husband has gotten up there to clean the bird poop😂 I don't think she mentioned the cost of the tiny house and I'm curious about that, especially since she said it was built during the pandemic.

It was huge and pretty.....but hands down, if I had the money to choose anything I wanted....I'd rather have a tiny home, garden and porch over the big home with rooms I'd never use. Beautiful house and set up in such a comfortable and lovely way. The sofa is the only built in sofa I've ever seen in a tiny house that looks comfortable. I'm wondering if it was put in by the builder or if she designed it.
Like the area for storage under the couch, also the under stairs storage, could not do the ladder ! Kitchen is nice OHHH pantry is nice !! YES Just need a bedroom first floor would not want to go up,and down stairs to bathroom at night.

I love the Floorplan and the peaceful flow thru the house and garden. I would like to hear more about pricing for the build and why she chose that particular builder. Did he have standard floor plans for a certain price, and could she customize or upgrade? Where would someone put the home if they aren't lucky enough to have a friend with property? Can you buy land to have the tiny home on or is it illegal? I really want to start the process but seem to run into red tape at each point
Gorgeous tiny house. However, OCD is a very serious mental health problem and doesn't necessarily have anything to do with keeping things clean. It is extremely unhelpful to propagate that stereotype.

In the 1950's, average new homes were under 1000 square feet and they had a large family. 😮 love the way you live.❤

I think she has too much stuff for her tiny house that made her home kinda cluttered. However , it does work for her and that what's matter.
