I love, love, love to see folks who were just looking for lifestyle changes for themselves, but then that quickly morfs into their life's work and income! So cool, plus they clearly have pride in their quality builds!❤️
I toured their homes when they first opened their business in Alachua, FL back when we were neighbors. They are a wonderful family who builds quality homes w/the customer in mind! When I buy my tiny house, I will be purchasing from them b/c they are willing to work w/me to customize my build to accommodate my age, physical limitations due to my disability & my 2 senior Chihuahuas. They really pack a lot into their low cost tiny houses!! I highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the market!
I love the flexibility he's allowed his builders. Not all workers are 9 - 5 people. I personally work best late hours. Love the price point of these tiny homes as well.
What an industrious couple. Awesome business model and tremendous boost to tiny enthusiasts. Love the first model toured.. that upstairs living area with sleeping below is sweet from an older person perspective.
Beautiful family and lovely homes. I love how they went tiny to get out of the 9 to 5 rut, found a way to turn their passion into a business. Very nice designs and since they are NOAH certified I know they are quality builds. Thanks for the video tour!
I just love every episode because I take a tiny ( pun) ha - or a huge ideas from every one. I actually do like the smallness of these BUT I want a stove/oven, a small not mini refrigerator. Also- a lot of people are not liking the washer/dryer combo so I would need a stacked kind. So all in all I don’t think these would work out for me but they may be perfect for a young couple just starting out that can go without a kitchen essentially and keep cost low. That’s what I love about them. Not everyone can afford the skyrocketing prices of even some of the tiny homes nowadays. So way to go! And love the two tiered deck ! Thanks for showing me around !!! 🏡❤️💯🙏
@@leanneadams2549 they set it up for AirBnB use, which is different than living in one full time. Plus they can customize it to fit your exact needs. It takes less time to wash/dry than the non-vented ones. I could have put a stackable in but I opted for the combo so I could have more storage space. Some people like them and some don't. :)

I live in Virginia so hopefully by then they'll have some tiny home communities by then. Keep up the good work.
This is wonderful! I have been seeing more and more people reorganizing their work lives and leaving the typical 9-5 behind. People have become innovated in determining what and how they live their lives. Small business owners are making a comeback and I love it!
I live in central Florida and initially found an ad for their tiny homes on Facebook. I followed them on instagram before I deactivated it and they seemed like honest people. I really wanted that green one. I really want to buy one but I’m unable to right now. Maybe one day 🤞It’s nice to see behind the scenes and knowing where and how the products are put together.

Out of all the channels about THS, this one is my favorite, it's real people looking to make a lifestyle change they can just take a look here to get an idea and pricepoint, I absolutely love this channel.
Such a beautiful family. Beautiful homes nicely built. Nice lifestyle of to built these as Airbnb. Very good idea. Love the truck camper. Very nice and cute. Love it. Thank you for showing your homes.
Wow Wow Wow love everything you have done and love that you want to share what you have done with others hence you are so successful. Th box truck is AMAZING and I know it will be a best seller aswell. WOW 🤩 ❤
These tiny homes are really pretty. I really like the style of these. These people were smart to do this. I love the camper they made too. but as long as they were building it if it was me I would of maybe made it a little bigger for a little bathroom. But that’s just me.. It is really nice anyways. Nice job to both of you. Beautiful!!!

What a great job you did on your camper truck.❤. You both are very talented& thoughtful.I love the concept of your homes as well.I live in Florida& what they need is a place that is affordable to park their tiny house.🦜🌴👍❤
Not even close. You can't build your house out of anything you want. There's requirements for building standards regarding inhabitability. Materials and Permitting can be excessive as well. Unless you live in a 3rd world country. Then build a dung castle. Free
I like the work you are doing. One question, though: If you pull water directly from a river, as you suggested, (for shower or sink) how to you avoid contaminating your potable water system? (Or did I misunderstand what you said, which is entirely possible). Also, just for future reference, it's a "quonset hut," not a "Kwanza hut.") They were practicallty given away after WWII and they are a mainstay on many a post-war farm or industrial site. Your builds like great and I'm impressed with your willingness to focus on the end product, not having an employee punch a clock.
Lots of great energy! Wonderful ideas!! I don’t understand the truck that is to tow a tiny house cross country with 6600# of improvements with a limit of 8K#??? How is it going to tow with all that weight?! Did I miss something?
Payload (the 8,000lbs) is different from towing capacity (probably 20,000lbs. for that model truck). Subtract 6,600 (the payload--or what the truck is Carrying), from 20,000lbs (the Max tow capacity --or what the truck is Pulling), and you get 14,400lbs. available towing capacity. Most of their homes are 10-12,000lbs, so they're within their vehicle's limits for towing.
That camper truck tiny home is pretty cool but I would have definitely put the opening for the lofted bed at the end of the bed where your feet would go because the way they have it set up by the pillows, if you're sharing the bed with someone else the person on the far side of the bed would have to climb over the other person's head to get on and off of the bed, which obviously is less than ideal to say the least.
Awesome video! The discussion on market trends and investment strategies was very insightful. The tips on recognizing high-potential areas and evaluating property values were extremely helpful. Excited for more content like this. Great job!"
In Europe, a piece of land like this costs no less than $500,000. The problem is not financing the house but the land. The cost of the building materials is relatively low. If you have land, building the house is no longer a big issue where you have to save money. These tiny houses are good for people who have decided to live alone.
I would love to spend a two week vacation in one airb&b. I live in the city where I live, you don't have outside space the had an like this. If there an outside fire feature it would be nice. So much nicer than a hotel room with no character.
After building in our backyard for a couple years, we met a private investor who believed in our business and gave us loans to grow the company, we started with 5 acres and then expanded over time as our production grew
The best way to do that would be to visit their showroom so you can walk around inside and out. Second best would be to visit their website and see if they have more detailed photos and/or videos.
@@knowledgeandmultiskilled 😆 I couldn't do it, and in most of Florida you can't do it because of the shallow water table. It would definitely cost a lot more to dig a hole and get it waterproof in Florida. But if living in a hole makes them happy, why not. 😁
@@raysun2be Making a hole waterproof might be possible to do. I guess it depends on how a hole is made. If there is too much water that goes near a hole then I think also having a watercraft would be appropriate to have at someone's disposal.
