No the keyboard doesn't come with a keycap or switch puller unfortunately, but that would have been cool for them to include
I would highly recommend fixing your lighting.

Yeah it's definitely something noteworthy, but you can absolutely mod the keyboard and have these issues smoothed out with lubing the stabilizers and other methods discussed by other modders. Glad you watched the video!
the stabs tho
Yeah I wanted to give the most accurate representation of what it's like out of the box for those who were expecting their own, so definitely would look into modifying the stabs in some way, shape or form. krytox, bandaid, whatever you need to do

totally didnt steal the thumbnail
I absolutely did screenshot randomfrankp's thumbnail and wanted to add an oversized head to it in order to add a bit more humor and my spin on it. Not meant to be a 1:1, and my other thumbnails are created by me, so hopefully it's not egregious in what I was trying to pull off
