Thanks for the demo. Worth noting that it does have a limited speed dial feature for returning any call that has come in or been dialled on the phone... Before you pick up the handset, just press the CALLS button, scroll down to the number you want then lift the receiver and that number will be dialled automatically.

Ringer volume is now adjusted via the Settings menu not the white volume button. If the ringer stops working, like mine did, I rang BT and they said to reset the phone (you don't loose any of your saved numbers) by clicking on the black minus button for Menu, (scroll using the white buttons with up and down arrows) Settings, OK, Reset, OK, Confirm, OK. Hope this is helpful.

I got one of these phones and two big button 200 phones, when someone calls the phone extensions will ring once, then truecall will answer the phone. Then they leave their name press hash and only the BT decor 2600 phone will ring to announce who is calling. This can be very annoying if this phone is upstairs and you are downstairs. All phones should ring to say how is calling and whether to accept the call or not. If I pick up one of the non ringing phones downstairs I will get a dial tone. Any suggestions, BT had no solution. I have new Digital Voice service and the 2600 is plugged into the router directly. The extensions are plugged into the Digital Voice Adaptor sockets.

Sujai Bala T no but the contrast is really good bought because we were having an average of 10 nuance calls per day solved the problem non of them said there name so they didn’t get through
