Thanks, I do volunteer visiting and a couple I go see have just bought this so I'm setting it up for them.
Really this is just another gadget that helps telephone companies ofuscate their responsibilities in protecting vulnerable persons from cold callers, scammers etc, they have the technology to block calls to certain lines when reported but won't unless you buy into the services or a different phone.
OFCOM are also useless at protecting people
