As a Lincoln sales and leasing consultant I just want to say a huge thing! She forgot to mention, Heated/Ventilated with massage in the rear seats aswell
Just bought a pre-owned one of these. 2018, and it looks very similar to this 2022, which is nice. Ours has a console in between the captains chairs. There’s also an additional rear view mirror hidden up above the traditional one. Lots of great features! Upgrading from our Suburban and definitely it feels luxurious and like an upgrade. Can’t wait to pick mine up this week!
Thank u so much for doing this video, especially with the car seats installed so we can see how it would look in real life!! Our family plans to take more & more road trips as time goes on so this helps!
The reason the trunk space is a little less compared to the Escalade ESV is due to the 3rd row in the Navigator having proper adult leg room, however with the 3rd row down, both are very similar.
I don’t like chrome on steering wheels or on the front dash. When, not if, the sun hits it at the right angle it can be super blinding and annoying. My Mazda 3 emblem on the steering wheel did it all the time and on the Durango the trim in the center console also had awful reflections. I even tried wearing sunglasses, but on the Mazda the reflection beam caught under the glasses.
Love your channel Kelly, super helpful. Would really appreciate your insight on luxury wagons (ie Audi A4 allroad, Mercedes E Class, etc). Thanks Car Mom!
Hi Julie Sharp, Thanks for your congrats. I was order my new Navigator L this Feb. 27, and my dealership received it on June 30, 2002, and I picked it up on July 5. almost 4 months. It is a wonderful Full size SUV, my family love it. Feng
Kelly can you start adding crash ratings and reliability ratings for future videos? I feel we get everything except those and they’re the most important things when car buying!
For hotter climates those rear window shades are so important, in our current car we have ours up 24/7 just to keep the sun off the interior. Other than some minor annoyances, like the lack of video through the rear mirror the Navigator is definitely top of my list over the Escalade or Wagoneer
Honestly always replace the factory cheap tint with good 3M/Japanese Ceramic tint. I regularly take my Navigator to trailheads for mountain biking, leaving in the sun, no sunshades, not even the front, and I come back to a cool car.
Great review! I have an Expedition XLT and love it. Only thing I'll complain about in this is the overhead seatbelt for the middle seat. Not a fan of this. I'm a mom of 4 (14, 10, 7, 3) so the 3rd row is important to us.
We ordered a Navigator Reserve in Ceramic Pearl a couple months ago, due in June! Very excited. I’m coming from a platinum Expedition which I LOVE, contemplated going GLS or X7 but mommy’s used to her SIZE. I’m also 6 feet tall, it’s just easier😁
@@BeautyBySage good call. The GLS has a 50k-70k premium added on right now. Mercedes is adding between 50%-70% of MSRP on almost every vehicle I've looked at. With that premium added, I'll go with Bentley.

I bought my 04 Navigator in 2006-2007. SUV still runs great with only 132K. I was lucky in getting the 32 valve on instead of the 24 valve engine (without the phasers) and still has original engine with great power. No big issues but shock replacements a few years back and I do need to get it to the body shop for fresh paint and 3 rust spots not holes yet. Kids are now grown but wife still loves the truck. Had a fleeting thought of getting her a new Navigator. But after hearing a 100K price tag, I'm just going to get earlier items fixed and update the sound system with a full Ford service. Wife would be mad at me if I bought her a new one with 100K truck payment. She would be right in this case.
The Lincoln navigator is the best Smoove Ride and should be out there. Have all led lights. Get a great gas mileage. The Lincoln navigator is the smooch ride And a Cadillac Escalade
Take the digital display. Yes, it might have some flexibility and is a bit easier to read than the old analog display, but let’s get serious, does anyone ACTUALLY need something like that? And the chip shortage means waiting longer to get it.
@@BrettWyrick It can be taken out, I think it takes like 30 minutes by a professional. Not something that just easily pops out with a latch like the QX56. A complaint is that if you want all the seat folded flat, you have this big console sticking up. ;(
The back of the navigator is so hideous. And this price point is atrocious compared to the competition. They need to totally redesign this and try again.
Great review as always! The vehicle is nice but pretty ridiculous a car that cost this much has a super ugly rear wiper. Lol who buys this brand anymore… They should give up!
@@RedLeo-pf9yo Serious question, at that price point wouldn't a BMW or Mercedes be a better choice, verses a Ford Expedition that has been up fitted ? Think about it, with the BMW / Mercedes those cars are built from the start to be what they are.

That's not a huge thing.😅

Tbh the older one had better headlights
The Console in the 2nd row is the best. Also in the second row, the 2022 model has heated, cooled, and massaging seats available.
From one momma to another, thank you for adding this tour with the car seats!
How is not having middle head restraints not illegal?? It’s so dangerous to not have them

Thank you for mentioning auto hold. I will never buy a car without it. It's my favorite feature.
When will the Lincoln Navigator get the Hybrid engine?
Just bought a new vehicle. My husband really liked Lincoln Navigators. There are huge! We ended up going with a Nissan Murano.

Does the front passenger seat have the same # of adjustments?
Great video. Do you have to have Navigator on to set the driver seat and etc.
Remember, there’s a rearview mirror, it’s just in the center of display.

Hello! what type of car seat is this . Thanks
Nice video . Is this Space Gray color?
Did you really just say it doesn’t have rearview camera after you just showed it popping up on the big display?
The screen looks like it was an after thought with all those options why didn't they make the V8 an option
Just curious, can you do the tilt and slide with the baby in the seat? :D
Wait...are you in SoCo?
If you can get ahold of one, a seven passenger Bentayga would be a great review.
This is nice !! Expensive though… I’m going to try the sequoia or the armada.

The 2022 Lincoln Navigator L is gonna be a nice one. The 3rd row can be folded.
Ordered mine December 10 - still waiting 🥴
That’s wild! We were lucky enough to pick up 1 of 3 that arrived in March. All were sold by the next day.
Damn !!!!

I'd love to see a tour of the Ford Flex
this the best luxury large car with a lot of room and speed
The second row full console is the way to go on these. Gives you more cupholders :)
Can it come out? Honestly, I don't want it. Kids can't climb back there as easy, or nanny/grandma.

There are some omissions but at 101K you come with low expectations and humbly accept the offering
I would love to see one navigator with 2 car seats and a third kid getting in the car
Who the heck thought the cup holders in the floor was a good idea 😂

Too bad for that price point it lacks features that others offer.

Yup , it’s literally the worst big suv now that the sequoia was finally updated
I disagree
This is my kinda mom car. My RX350 isn’t cutting it anymore!!
Lexus needs to make a really nice top of the line navigator, Escalade, waggoner competitor.
Linc Nav - Back Camera should show in Screen when you put Trans in Reverse. Learn car you are demonstrating

dope
My Wagoneer is still better
navigator has better exterior. wagoneer interior wins all day. i know i know, exterior is all personal preference. enjoy the wagoneer!
I agree.
The wagoneer looks way better then the Navigator.
The Navigator looks like an old design inside and out.
nice

It is unfair to try different objects sizes as reference for spaces
The Navigator styling just looks old, inside and out.
Americans complain exceedingly, and are incredibly slothful.
