      back in the day they had resisted pull up machines. Now you can only find assisted pull up machines in gyms.

    Can you please explain why, during your training sessions, you work up to a heavy single, then do your working sets?!

    What are your thoughts on dynamic trunk control? Dane from Garagestrength often mentions it as a positive result of certain exercises, and claims it is important for sports, especially for football. Im curious what you think of it

    Can you do a video on the second pull of the clean? My brush point is always too low (above the knee/lower quad). Do you think about bumping the weight up from the hips or do you think about shrugging it? Thank you!

    Love your content man🙏random question, if I'm not in the position to buy spiked shoes for running on fields right now, will barefoot sprinting suffice? Barefoot sprinting and plyos have been a staple for 3 years now, and honestly shoes feel unnatural anyway

    How much time for supercompensation to occur , i.e strength increase??
