Hey Brent! I work in construction project management renovating old buildings. We have our windows out for the winter too. Corex, 3 mil poly, and weatherstripping will help keep water and snow out of the hotel if your windows don't come in time. Good luck!!!

Great ideal when it comes to the dams. Once again I would recommend planting some ice plants. Once they get established their roots will help stabilize the ground and strength those dam's Since they are a succulent they will adjust to weather conditions. Same as the poppies they will strengthen the ground and adjust to weather patterns

Brent, The late window delivery is not just happening to you. My sister is trying to get her house finished in Michigan and the windows are now 3 months late. The manufacturer just keeps saying things are on backorder due to a lack of production capacity. Meantime winter is about to hit Michigan and they are at this point just looking at covering the openings with a combination of plywood and plastic for the winter.

That 1959 truck and plow beats any of the junk they make today, and it doesn't need def. I bought a 1954 m38a1 jeep willys this past April, and the body and drive train were made so much heavier and better back then. I was lucky, because i live in Michigan, but the former owner who passed away, bought the jeep from a governot auction back in the 80's, and never titled it for the road. The jeep was used on the guy's northern Michigan property, and stored inside. I have it completely apart, the body and frame will be getting sand blasted and painted next spring, and i hope to be driving it late next year. The rig you have looks solid, hope it work's well for you, because you have really needed some kind of heavy plow.
    G-d bless.

That snow plow is magnificent!!! A name doesn't come to mind, yet...but to be sure, a vehicle as magnificent as your snow plow must have a name worthy of it. I have a hard time believing it has been 1695 days because it all seems like it wasn't that long ago when you first set foot on Cerro Gordo. So much progress and yet so much more to do. But slowly but surely, it will all get done. Thank you for the updates and wish you a Happy Thanksgiving, Brent.
