I would say it probably would. That sounds so delicious. Throw some nuts and cinnamon to make a banana nut muffin. I plan on making it with canned pumpkin instead of the egg and spice.

I followed your pancake mix blueberry muffin recipe and it didn't work out! Honestly, for 21/2 cups of pancake mix, you used 3/4 cup of milk? I knew the measurement was a little off but trusted your recipe and ended up with dry dough. I had to add more milk just so it would be the right consistency like in your video. PLEASE FIX THIS!
