- I got a chance to sit down with my friend Darrin Djernes as we discuss how this pro touring 1973 Camaro came to be what it is today. Unlike most of the builds you've seen on this channel this Camaro started out life as a pretty nice driver that many would've left as is. However, when you're trying to be the best you need to build the best vehicle that you think will give you that chance. I think it's safe to say that Darrin has one hell of a foundation to work with.

Would anyone know the rim setup on this camaro? as far as size, offset, backspacing goes?

They’re 18x12 with 6” backspacing and the offset is -12
I thought it was odd that they're a rim company and he skips the tire/rim setup specs.

I'm going to put a set of these wheels on my 69 c10, hopefully soon
I can’t say without 100% certainty but I’d take a good guess that this is their best selling wheel.
@@315squared4 no doubt, I can't even remember seeing any of their other wheels except on their site, I've noticed the price creeping up unfortunately

@@trashbandit2449 572 with a big ass Mad Max blower sticking out of the hood, obviously. Perfect for road racing. 😂
@@ericday3538 wouldn't have a lot of "touring" left in the pro touring haha. Little heavy
@@trashbandit2449 N/A aluminum BBC, though... only adds about a hundred pounds to the front end, which you can offset if you get the engine back far enough and use a CF intake.
