Love 67-68 body style. My first car was an inherited 68 that my dad gave me, also a convertible. I love rag tops makes every good day better ! I have an 18 Mustang G.T. Now, sees only good days and makes me smile.
Dude looks like a corporate guy, but when he was like “yep had it for 25 years, it caught on fire, put me in the hospital, and all I could think about was what I wanted to do with it” shows that the “car guy” is anyone. Solid shoot, guys.
I appreciate the shoots you do. This is what I love about the car culture. Doesn’t matter what race, sex, nationality, education, etc. It brings everyone together.
@@AutotopiaLA your da man Sean keep up the good work..unless you own an old school muscle.car you just can't coprehen how much work and money goes into these
Wow, that is a end game, final edition 67 Everything that could be done, was done. That must have felt fantastic to ride in, especially when he was having fun pulling thru some cogs ⚙️ Another killer video.
Sweet bejesus that is one hella' of a car! A HUGE amount of work but the work done is amazing. Real quality interior, tastily done, great exterior, blend of modern and vintage. It deserves another magazine cover! Rockin' ride man!
Holly cow what a absolute badass Camaro that is a special kind of car made to take everything you can do to it throw at it and stay the direction you are aiming is wicked
@@AutotopiaLA one day I hope to build another 3rd generation camaro or a late 80s c10 but the 62 to 65 are my favorite c10 body styles and the nova from the other day just plain wicked brother
Let’s put this in perspective. Outstanding aspect of this car that differentiates it from so many other wonderful cars that you have featured is the technology that he has incorporated into the build. I really like all the high performance Chevy and GM vehicles you feature. This vehicle has what most others lack which is the technology and that is what puts it over the top. Congratulations !!!
@@AutotopiaLA 2007 GTO huh? Well there is NO 2007 GTO so he need to work on his Car knowledge also it's called hydro dipping what he done with the wheels
Cada pieza, cada parte exactamente donde debe estar, personalmente me encanta el pro touring y este auto es el reflejo a la dedicación por lo que apasiona
Two things i like about this episode. First back wheels are tucked in all the other cameros on autotopiala the wheels are sticking out of the back fender. Second looks like he didn’t lie about the horsepower. One thing I didn’t like was the owner never let Shawn drive.
Beautiful Camaro Tim That interior is outstanding Quite the back story on it Sorry about it and you getting burned but Gotta get back onnit or Just move on With ya on the convertibles Shawn I personally don't do them at all but that's a great one A labor of love for sure Enjoyed a bunch Tim
Wow..impressive and inspirational. I have a 67 and its a vert..dont understand the haters with verts..this car is bad and done right..enjoy the car for many years to come!
Extremely high credit to him for keeping the car, perfect HP and everything else is spot on and he drives it proper
Agreed all the way here 👊
The Owner was the real deal and probably the best pro touring vert I have seen. Love the channel! I have a 68 firebird with a 427.
Tim is a great guy and he built a beautiful car
Im with u, not a convertible guy but this guy nailed it. The attention to every detail is unreal. Rowdy af!
Exactly. He did such an amazing job on this one
The car is gorgeous, and that has to be one of the best interiors ever done!
Agreed
That beauty sits so pretty.
Definitely
I ended up painting my 68 firebird this color because of this episode. Watching it again after the hundreds of hours of work is so cool. Woo!
The sound…..this thing is bananas!!!
I know!!
_Son of a Gun Metal Grey..._ gotta love their sense of humor and freedom back then. Tim's a trip. Love this car's story and his character.
I’m with you all the way. He’s such a cool guy

Easily one of the nicest drop tops I've ever seen. What a build! 🤘
You describe convertibles exactly how I feel. That being said this is absolutely stunning and one of the nicest convertibles I’ve seen.
Dude looks like a corporate guy, but when he was like “yep had it for 25 years, it caught on fire, put me in the hospital, and all I could think about was what I wanted to do with it” shows that the “car guy” is anyone. Solid shoot, guys.
Thanks, goes to show, don't judge a book by the cover! Yes, I have a good job and education, but have built multiple cars and Harleys. 🤞
I know what you mean but Tim is a hardcore car & bike guy. Such a cool guy to know and what an amazing ride with an even better story!!
I appreciate the shoots you do. This is what I love about the car culture. Doesn’t matter what race, sex, nationality, education, etc. It brings everyone together.
@@I-Teee thank you and I totally agree
I can’t even hazard a guess how much money Tim spent on that brand new 1967 Camaro. He’s not afraid to drive it either 👍
build costs are NEVER mentioned. Its taboo you know!
My guess. $300k
Drive it like you stole it
@@Bao171 probably but also depends on what he got for insurance, he mentioned the word "totaled"
Radical ragtop. Killer fun in the sun. First year 67 convertible.600+ hp. What more could you want.😎❤👍😝🤑🥂
7:48 Those Gages!
Great to see the car saved. Looked very nice red, but man it looks so dang nice when redone and sounds so friggin mean. Love it!

Holy Cow! Absolutely beautiful! I bet it wasn't cheap, but it is badass! I'd take this over a supercar 100/1. Beautiful job!
This is THE BEST of the best!!
Very very nice vert! I'm in love.

Yeah Shawn, here ya convertible? Na but what a fantastic build. The color, the mechanics, especially the sound, good 👍 job Tim
Bad ass Camaro , coming from a Ford Guy. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
stunning! impeccable taste, makes me wish I had studied car design. The 67 with the hideaway headlights has always been my favourite.
from the ashes came the Phoenix 💪
Convertibles are normally the cruiser type not the bruiser. But THIS is both. It could have 400hp with that story and still be awesome.
Agreed but he sure puts the power down and looks great doing it in this one
Tim, absolutely beautiful Camaro. If she was mine I wouldn't change a thing!!
Love this 67 convertible!!!
Me too!!
Great sound that car has.
No question! It’s screams
