Theeyalpodi
Ingredients
1. Grated coconut - ¾ kg (3 nos) /7 to 7 ½ cup
2. Chopped shallots - 1 cup
3. Chilli powder- ½ cup
4. Coriander powder - ¼ cup
5. Curry leaves (Opt) - ½ cup
Preparation
1. Heat slowly the coconut & shallots, in a thick bottomed broad vessel, stirring.
2. It slowly gets sautéed & becomes yellowish, slowly becoming red & brownish.
3. Add chilli powder & coriander powder & stir well 3 to 4 minutes or till done.
4. Remove, cool keeping stirred. When cool, store in the fridge. Shelf life 3 to 4 months.

ടീച്ചറെ എനിയ്ക്ക് അമ്മ എന്ന് വിളിയ്ക്കാനാണ് ഇഷ്ടം. കാരണം എന്റെ അനുജത്തിയുടെ ഭർത്താവിന്റെ അമ്മ ഇതേപോലെ തന്നെയാണ് സംസാരശൈലിയും, മുഖച്ഛായയും, തലമുടിയും, പൊട്ടും, കണ്ണടയും ഞാൻ ടീച്ചറെകണ്ടപ്പോൾ ഞെട്ടിപോയി. അവരുടെ ഫാമിലിയിൽ മുഴുവനും ടീച്ചർമാരാണ്. വളരെ സന്തോഷം ടീച്ചറമ്മെ. ഞാൻ ഒരാഴ്ചയെ ആയുള്ളൂ ടീച്ചറുടെ പാചകം കണ്ടിട്ട്. ടീച്ചർക്ക് ആയുരാരോഗ്യ സൗഖ്യം നേരുന്നു🙏🙏🙏👍👍👌👌👏👏
