If you had to trade in your New recalled Tundra…. What truck would YOU get instead ?
Nissan Titan.
@@Fishsaurus Interesting 🤔 Looks like after 2022 may be the best years. Older platform, with many of the problems worked out by now…. Do you have one ?
Dumped 22 Tundra for 19 F150 STX 5.0L. Went prior to 20 due to pandemic problems / workmanship. Couldn’t be happier.
@@randallbabb5849 Nice - Looks like a winner 👍
I traded my 2022 tundra limited in for a 2024 TRD pro 4Runner. I know it's not a pickup truck but they have had the same platform on the 4Runners for over 11 years
It doesn't sound like a bad design, just a manufacturing fuckup. I definitely could be wrong though.
I’m leaning towards your theory…but we’ll have to wait and see 🤷♂️
2021 Tundra or 2023-24 Titan or Frontier.
Hmmm… Maybe Nissan should consider keeping the Titan around, for people who still want a v8 truck ? 🤔
if you trade the tundra in, they will give you less because of the engine issues, like the turbo tacoma, these trucks now are depreciating quickly.
True.
damn glad to know
👍💯
Toyota should've just stuck with the legendary 5.7. im driving my lx570 til the wheels fall off.
I would do the same thing….. It’s gonna be a LONG TIME until those wheels fall off 👍😁
Toyota fanboys are hilarious
Ford/Dodge/Chevy....
👍💯
As a Sierra 1500 owner, I would trade it for a Titan. Best truck left!
Interesting 🤔 why do you like the titan?
@@MJ100k well it’s been around awhile and is considered the most reliable truck left. A tried and true 5.6 V8, smooth 9 speed transmission and you can get a loaded 24’ Pro4x for around 45k depending on where you live. Also it comes with a 5/100k bumper to bumper warranty. It’s a gas hog and has an outdated interior, but it will keep going for many trouble free years. Too bad this is the last year of its production.
@@cjherrera79 Good points. Maybe Nissan should consider keeping it around 🤔🤔
mUh 5.7l, mUh rEliAbIliTy, mUh rEsAlE vAlUe lol toyota fan boys
The 5.7 owners are standing tall. 👊
@gaffle7646 My 10 year old 2.7l ecobeast f150 blows the 5.7l out of the water.
@@1FiftyOverland I bet water is not all it blows...
IDK about that one 🤣
@MJ100k I do and it does.
no one wants a V6 turbo in a full size truck.
Looks like that’s true. I know I don’t lol
Agreed. Twin turbo V6 is where Toyota failed right off the bat. Toyota has officially lost their way and they are gonna pay. See ya Toyota. I used to love ya but now I’m not even interested buy a new car, truck, or SUV.
@@Slammingutz - I agree about the v6 turbo - But leaving Toyota entirely may be an overreaction. The 2.5 liter n/a and hybrid powertrain in the Camry, Rav 4, Prius and Crown etc… is a VERY good powertrain. I saw a Rav 4 hybrid with 450k miles with the original engine, trans and hybrid battery 😮💯
Low % gentleman. A lot running fine. lol
For now 🫣
Kool-Aid drinker.
It’s not a small issue Toyota Boot licker. The new 2024 Tacoma also has a lot of issues and a turbo 4 cylinder.
Toyota is not taking care of their customers.
hold your horses, unless you get an older GEN tundra, other brands are worse or in the same boat. will break down eventually and have no one to fix it for you unlike yota.
There are no mechanics to fix Dodge and Chevy Trucks ? 😮 When did that happen ? lol
Tundra 5.7 the rest are junk.
I know you’re not including the 4.7 and 4.6 in this current mess lol
@@MJ100k The 4.7 is a great engine.
@@montefiveforty1 One of the Tundra 4.7s made it to 1 million miles… There’s a 5.7 out there with 900k on it.
