The colour makes it harder Matt, also shows up the cobwebs well lol,so always makes me wary and probably over clean. Good choice to use the flocked brush. Good old finger nail does come in handy with me too. Great to see you putting up more videos mate, keep up the good work.
I have filmed 2 more this week and have at least 2 planned for next week. Try and upload one a week on Saturday. Some pointers on how to improve my UA-cam will be good.
Hey Matt, nice to see your business is growing, long way from just using the back pack, don’t forget to explain to us viewers why you change brush heads ect. Look forward to next video and find out what you’ve learnt works and doesn’t work for you over last 2 yrs.
Hey. Thanks for the comment. Yes I will try and explain it in future videos, I might even do one just on the brushes. There is a van tour video out this weekend so make sure you check it out. My videos will get better I promise.
Hey Matt saw your interview with Rob the other day 👍 Quick question, maybe a stupid one, is there any chance of damaging the cladding by brushing it? Particularly with a stiff brush? I heard someone say once that he doesn’t use a brush on pvc doors cos it can damage the plastic? 🧐
Hi. Thanks for the comment. To clean the cladding in this video I used a flocked bristle bush which is the softest you can get. The ends are spilt and they are what I use on leaded windows. I would imagine a stiff brush could damage it. I also didn’t use any chemicals just pure water just in case.
Builders don't seem to care about surrounding surfaces when doing their work. I always find dark surfaces more difficult to clean as you can't see much difference. One thing I did notice was at the beginning of the cladding clean you seemed to do the bottom 2 'planks' then rinse them then move to the next 2 up, scrub then rinse those. Would it be more time efficient to clean all planks then rinse from top down? It's very easy for me sitting on the sofa looking at how you did the job to comment - I wasn't knocking how you did the work more trying to learn if there was a reason for the method.

I started at the bottom so I could see where I had cleaned. Probably would have been better to rinse all of it at the end.
@@yourcleanerwindows6969 That makes sense, cheers.
@ched999uk sometimes I do the same thing on conservatory roofs. Just makes it easier to see where i have been.
