1 can of artichoke hearts
1/2 c chopped onion
2 garlic cloves
1 pack of frozen spinach
1c. Mayonnaise
3/4c. Italian cheese
8oz cream cheese room temp
Preheat 350

I have to say, I love the stories! I already wished you lived near enough that I could visit and be friends and the stories are like little treats. Also wanted to say that I changed my diet to a Keto diet about 3 months ago and your channel is the only food channel I still watch. Even though I can't eat much of what you are making (also allergic to casein in milk) I still watch because you're adorable. That said, I made a vegan, keto approved version of this last night and I stuffed chicken breasts with it. Delicious! BTW, speaking of dieting, Wesley, you've lost weight and you look great! Keep it up and I'll keep it up over here. Our health is worth it!
