What a good idea with the jalapeño. I love the flavor of jalapeño, but my husband can’t stand the heat. I need to try this. This chili looks yummy. I am making it next time we get a cold front in Texas.

So is it onion powder or garlic powder? In the video you corrected yourself after you said garlic powder by clarifying it is actually onion powder. But then the guy repeated it as garlic powder? The printed recipe on the site says garlic powder. I want to make this but now I'm confused 😕 which is correct?
