Ingredients:
- 1 pack instant ramen/ 3oz or 85g
- 1 scallion stalk, chopped (white & green separated)
- 1/4 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp warm water (extra 2-3 tbsp for deglazing)

Ngl, when you started with peanut butter, I was taken aback lol. But after seeing the entire process, it all made sense. Also, you really like heat! When saw the red pepper flakes, I was like, “WOW! 😮”
