- Would you add peanut butter to your instant ramen?
Broth:
- 1 pack of spicy instant ramen (I used shin ramen)
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
Additional Toppings:
- 3 baby bok choy
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1/2 soft boiled egg
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp chilli oil

That is definitely a nice tantan-hack, especially if you don't have access to sesame base chimajan or tahini. Peanut butter, you can definitely find everywhere. To take it to the next level, make the eggs a bit beforehand and marinate them in soy sauce or a proper marinade (lots of recipes out there). I can also recommend either making your own chili oil / chili crisp or adding something like Lao Gan Ma. But ofc regular rayu is also fine and gives that nice extra kick. Great video!
