Good job buddy. I’ve been an installer for over 15 years. And I saw this video, and I really think and know that you did a great job in building the box for your two L7 subwoofers. GREAY JOB BUDDY KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
Man I have been searching for a good DIY video like this for my Tacoma! I like this box design and I also thought About putting the amps in that compartment. Looking forward to your next video
Nice job bud and you can just use clear cilicone to fill the cracks or the white all purpose caulking. When I built boxes in the past I would always go Through the inside where my subwoofer cut out is and I would use that white caulking to caulk the entire box that way there's no air leaks whatsoever.
Sweet! You did an excellent job dude! I had 2 10" Kicker C10s behind my back seat in a prefab on a DX 500.1. Sounded sweet. Gave that to my cousin and got some L7s 10s. If I would have thought about it, I would have got the L7t's then all I would have been able to do is square the holes. Lack of research on my end. So now I have a box going in my back seat. No problemo, still gonna be sweet.
I gotta say, when I was originally previewing this I was ready to skip by it because of some of the DIY look, but you proved me wrong. Especially the Cubby hole Amp mount in the next video. Thats exactly what I needed to see so I wasnt spending large amounts of extra cash on a Nano amp to try to mount under the front seat. Even the cutting board is a great money saver too! You use hand tools very controlled and do things even a lot of shops neglect. Gonna watch part three.
Nice job!! I have a 21 tacoma and built the same box except I went all the way up above the seatbelt motor. And I ran 3 of those 10’s also I modified the seat bracket instead of notching my box. It sounds amazing and it’s completely hidden
Looks Fantastic! I'd really like to see how you implemented the back trim panel above the box, I just got a Tacoma and I have two of the Same subs from my mustang that id love to see how you did that! Great Install top notch!
Looks dope. I'm trying to do the same subs but both behind the passenger rear seat. I know air flow will be to small but I think it will still sound good
Damn bro! You absolutely killed it my friend! I'm actually really jealous.. I have a 14 tundra double cab so the only place for me to install is under the rear seats.. I have about the same cubic feet. How do these things sound? I'm torn between these and the Sundown SD4
do you use glue on the inside and outside of your box and what kind of screws do you use I used to be against using star bit Styles screws but they work so much better and less stripping what are your thoughts I really don't do boxes for a living but I know how to build and also what do you put on the inside I've seen people use installation I've seen people use just like a white pillow case material
Hey bud really like your box build pretty good for a diy. But if your Amp is 1000watts and your subs are 500 a piece why did you not wire them down to 1 ohm?

This build is fantastic. Taking your time and doing it right goes a long way, and you did great!

Did you calculate air space? Is there a reason you chose a sealed box over a ported box?
I can tell you are very talented.. came out so dope man
Just a heads up when you're using that spray glue you should always spray both sides of whatever you're working on..
Came here to write dame thing. It’s contact cement. It cements when both surfaces contact. Side panels in 1/4 inch help when carpeting.

It looks really good!
Nice build? Do you still have those dimensions for the space? I’m embarking on this box build with a friend. Thanks!

Would you be interested in building me a box I have a 21 Tacoma
Great job on the box build
Nice job I put in 2 10" kicker RT . Without any cutting or removing anything
How? Curious and would love to see a video or pic of the setup
PT.2 is live! Sorry for the delay. I’ve been very busy but I am now making an effort to getting videos out sooner! Thank you for your patience guys!
wow man impressive good job!

Thank you! As long as it’s really close, I think it should be ok. Good luck!!
For a diyer you have some talent bro, good equipment etc. 😀
Great work
Could you post build dimensions I I’d love to do a single version of this but maybe a ported version 😅🙏
That fits behind the back seat on 2023 Tacoma?
Great looking box definitely going to try and make one. What are your measurements for the cuts?
Looks great!
Looks good dude. Sub’d. 👍🏻

Looks professional to me.
I've been looking for a video like this one. Looking forward to the next episode. Any chance you were able to calculate to volume of space in the box?
I'm sorry if you were looking for a video like this with ZERO specs.......................................TERRIBLE
Love this. Can you post the dimentions of the box? I am looking to do a solo sub setup literally half of what you did.

how did you get around the car seat anchor
Well done dude
Who carrs about what the carpet looks like the box looks damm good 👍🏼
Just found this video. As I watched, I was wondering if 12s would possibly fit. What do you think?
Damn Man U did great 👍
Shit you do a hell of a job 💯
Clean af! Nice
Did u have to cut out the child safety hooks on the center bar?
no such thing as stereo bass
bass is mono
one is all you need
save space, time and money
otherwise, great job
Did you get rid of the child seat tether hooks?
this is aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamazing.
Great job.
Looks great but table saw safety bro...
Show us how you made the box with demensions
Could you give us the measurements you used? 🙏
Did they work?
iM nO eXpErT that’s why you have all the tools to do it 🤣
I mean I would love a routing table 😭😭
Just a friendly reminder to compensate for the size of the subwoofers for the dimensions of the enclosure.
Bruhhh...🔥🔥🔥🤘
i have a bought sub box that doesn't fit that clean in my 21 taco
What’s the # of the subs bro ?
Can you make one for me please,
The depth for the speakers is not deep enough especially for those shallow mounts
Nice!

Video is up!
Was it worth building it over just buying a $300 box lol
U started part 2 yet????

Pt.2 is live!
Aye man send me the measurements 😅👀
Measurements and parts list would be 🔥
In trash can yes lol
Your sub choice is garbage for sound quality. But fits your truck. Toyota garbage
I love that you are OUTSIDE wearing a mask. Did you also get the shots?!?!? LOL
No air space consideration?!?!? LOL laughable
I need to hear how it sound!!!!!
I’ll have a demo hopefully soon! Currently working on wiring
