    Hi Diede! Thanks so much for this video! I am SO OVER trying to make wet styling work for my very fine low density wavy hair..😉 It seems so many wavies style soaking wet but it just doesn't work for me.. I also find products help my hair clump better than water, so your video was exactly what I needed!🌻🌻

    OH MY GOODNESS... YOU HAVE BEAUTIFUL HAIR‼ I so want to try this, but my hair tends to get frizzy when I don't style it soaking wet, but I never know what I'm going to get with my sparse, yet coarse/dry wavy hair. 🥰

    This might be a weird comment, but I LOVE your nose. I love feminine faces with prominent bone structure and a larger nosebridge, it’s the best combo 😁
    I always style on soaking wet hair, but maybe I should give damp styling a go at least when using k18. Tbh it’s been in my drawer since i bought it because I’m overwhelmed with how to use it when I want to wet style, lol

    • @wavydiede
      @wavydiede  6 місяців тому

      Haha thank you, I don’t really like my nose but it’s nice to know other people do.
      About the K18, you can add more water to your hair after your applied the K18 and waited for 4 minutes or you can add a foam to your routine for definition and clumping :)
      I love to use K18 that way.

    Wow definitely one of the best videos I’ve seen for people with really wavy hair, that want volume!! Always have problems with keeping volume on top & because of serious chronic illness, can’t put products on hair for couple hrs after shower. Gonna give this a try, once out of hospital & health more stable.
    Got a question though…
    What defuser is that? If you got a link, even better.

      @@wavydiede Unfortunately way out of my budget 😕 Have multiple rare chronic diseases & illnesses. This has sadly permanently disabled me but do my best to not let it hold me back from things when I’m well enough - I once took for granted. Have to be be smart where money goes. Things medically necessary & full time care needs are VERY expensive & most not covered or barely covered by insurance - here in the U.S.
      But thank you so much for the link!! Really do appreciate it. Dong a great job… keep it up.

    Absolutely Beautiful! Wow, I love the color of your hair. My texture is so similar to yours actually, but you have the perfect mermaid hair💙
    I have a Curl Foam from Maui Moisture, but it's been awhile since I tried it.
    The only time I used it was before I owned a diffuser dryer, so I didn't like it because it was sticky and wet for 10+ hours, and that is not a good feeling on the back of my neck. My hair is almost down to my bum and I intend to get it to hip length.
    Do you color your hair? Mine is naturally a darker ash blonde/light neutral brown.
    I want to go with a medium natural blonde shade.
    Mermaid high-five! 🧜🏻‍♀️

    Fantastic video for wavies! Does the wave stay in your hair throughout the day? I’ll go through all the steps, have beautiful hair for a minute, and b/c I live in a very humid place, the waves begin to fall flat. Any suggestions, ideas? Thank you again for a great video.

    • @wavydiede
      @wavydiede  5 місяців тому +2

      You’re probably dealing with overmoisturized waves. Try cutting down on the heavy moisturizing products and add products that contain protein to your routine :)

    Hi there! Finding your videos super helpful, thank you! Do you condition in the shower after shampooing, or is the leave-in conditioner your only conditioner? I've never used leave-in before, and not sure what the typical process is..

    • @wavydiede
      @wavydiede  5 місяців тому

      I use a rinse out conditioner in the shower and make sure I rinse it out completely. If you have very healthy low porosity hair you might not need leave-in but usually all hair can benefit from using leave in, even if it’s just a little bit.

    My hair has the wave to it that yours does after washing. I don’t have all the products that you have and I don’t have time to diffuse it in the morning. My question is, how can I keep the top layer of hair from going flat after it’s dry? The ends also tend to go flat.

    Protein or no protein is the question. How do you know if you do or don’t need it?

    • @wavydiede
      @wavydiede  5 місяців тому +1

      I think almost everybody can benefit from using protein in their routine. If your hair is frizzy, poofy, extremely soft and doesn't hold its curl you can definitely benefit from protein :)

      I stopped styling my hair curly about a year ago bc I had a baby and my wet styling routine plus dry time was just too intense and time consuming. But this video inspired me to try again with a quicker, dryer routine like yours 👍🏻
