Rental propertys will drive you insane. It is nothing but headaches after headache and always at the worst times. Landlords typically have short lives from the stress.
ive been having the idea of having rental property, would it matter if were in a better area per se?
Rentals suck. Everyone out to get over on you
mini loader would work good
TG wheeling that Bobcat like a Boss. Also she has loss a bunch of weight, sorry to here about your rental.
@richhoward1848 Thanks, she has lost some. We are much more focused on our health.
What if you built a second stand? Definitely could increase your price, too. $30 for the amount they get is still a bargain.
Stay safe and be safe and keep warm.
Hey Team Spencer, glad there wasn't anything damaged or stolen from your property.
@@garyreardon11 me too, just the door. We had it fixed up in 10 minutes with a new striker plate and long screws
@@SpencerLawnCare How did they get pass the dead bolt?
Always kids at heart 😂
Good Evening Team Spencer

Hey. Maybe you can Find someone to Salt your Driveway to help with the Ice!!!!!!🤔🤔🤔
@@damoose1829 you don't salt limestone.
You sure can
@jmoney830 haha, as an expert in this field. You can, but you shouldn't.
@@damoose1829 it’s not gonna damage anything
@jmoney830 bro quit talking non-sense. You are staring people in the wrong direction. A simple Google search will tell you differently. Here I'll do it for you.

Good afternoon shawn and Savannah
Thanks again for the video
@@claysmith5585 hello
Why and the heck would you go from gas to electric?????? Gas is more efficient and cheaper!!!!!
Your ice in the gutters is from lack of insulation in the attic. Put more up there
@@KenSlaton i might have to look into this.
Dude..... For an idea.. make another display stand.... Fill that down at the processing area... Then swap units when needed. You can stage more than one. Make it quicker to put the booth on line.
Fill it later... Rotate...
Rural King has there tractor sale until 2/26. 10% off all tractors. I know you looked at them last fall. Not the best on the market but offer good value for the machine. I personally have all New Holland track machines. There great. Always appreciate your hard work
@nickdamas3094 good to know thanks!
@@SpencerLawnCaremay also check out TYM. They make the tractors for RK and others.
Always enjoy your video have a great weekend
Processing firewood for profit requires a lot of work and equipment. Make sure you want to work that hard! It is a fulltime equipment.
Could someone please answer? I don’t understand how the firewood stand works. What’s to stop someone from just stealing it? Or, just stealing the money box.
Trust and faith
@susanblouin we live in the country. Around here, most don't steal. And if you do, we can typically find out who you are real quick. It's an honor system. It is very common in our area.
Yeah that same size stack up here north of you is going for $30 to $40. You may want to boost it up a bit.
My neighbor's gas furnace quit last month. Repair guy said it was the pressure sensor, $50 part or less. He also said there is no pilot light, it's all electric now. The whole repair including the $125 the same day service fee was $225.00.
Hard work 💪
Shawn, I use to work on a horse farm and I used a Kubota and I really liked it...
Hello 👋
Haven't watched the video yet but the title doesn't sound good.
Are u guys ever going to catch a break???? One thing after another. So sorry you have so much to deal with.
I can see you installing security cameras on the rental property in the near future.
@bibi1949 it wasn't too bad. Lol
How's that beetjuice salt working out, for you guys?
@@williamgurtner4759 works great
I just had a metal roof installed this past summer . I had the large size gutters mounted . those really help as far as freezing / plugging up . We also had the snow / ice barrier installed to help stop snow from falling on our front walkway by the front door . The gutters are mounted lower if no ice barriers are installed . If gutters are then mounted , snow will slide and push the gutters off . Looking closer , looks like you do have the ice barriers installed . The large gutters will make a huge difference . I live just south of Green Bay , Wi. We have had more rain / snow mix this year .
We asked our installer and he said go with the large gutters and downspouts
I recommend a skid over tractor any day
@@Firefighterthomas176 thanks
Put a game camera in the apartment until you get them rented out
TQ is so good as a Bobcat operator. Glad you have had a couple of days to catch up on sleep
As a long time warehouse worker I would suggest backing the skid steer up so the forks don't stick out when unloading. Big trip hazard and if you ever hit your shin or ankle on them, it will definitely hurt.
Consider putting up security cameras
I’m 100% sure he is going to, he just bought the place not to long ago
Very nice Video Shawn and TQ
I’ve noticed the pressure valve on the skid steer might need service or adjustment??
@@buckeyecubanbuckeyecuban we had it serviced. It's just an older machine. Little touchy lol
spencer there is u tube vids on beefing up doors . like beefing up the left and right sides of door with thicker wood and then using stronger screws and much better locking bolts this a small snipt of it
Sean put some ice pucks around and they will take care of the problem with the gutters. People usually throw them up on their roof to keep the edge of the roof clear you can find them at the local hardware store. Pretty sure they’re called salt pucks
In maine they have no gutters with metal roofs
@@andrewjensen7173 oh really
Love your videos….but the background music is soooo loud.
@@nyouguysdoagreatjob7179 i must have forgotten to lower it. My bad
I love cutting and splitting wood, just for the exercise benefit. The for the videos.
You should redesign your sales point, display, to where the whole palet, fits into the stand by loading with the bobcat so your not stacking it twice? Just saying plus I should last twice as long 👍👍👍
spencer ... when i lived down in {{{ mechanicsville virginia AREA JUST OUT SIDE OF Richmond area }}} I Fell on hard times and was connected to a local church that had a wood ministry they evan invited me to to come help split wood and a bunch of guys were there to stack wood and load trucks for delivery to those in need TELL U THIS 4 a idea 4 u

Hello from Siesta Key Florida.
One of the reasons we left Ohio 42 years ago.
We lived on the lake shore east of Cleveland.
Best move ever.
You can mow year round almost. 35 times a year.
The rest relaxed. Or doing landscaping
Gonna be in the 60s down here this week. Gonna be spoiled. Lol. Hate it about the rental. My in laws had their detached garage broken into back in the fall. Idiots got about ten grand worth of tools a generator etc. hope you guys can get a little break and do a get away for a bit. Be safe careful stay warm and dry and keep up the great work. Bruce in Wv!!!
GOOD morning
With the lawn care snow removal business when you take more than one vehicle do you charge more, or keep up with mileage?
Our house was 99% electric but it does have a gas fireplace (upgrade) so when we modeled the kitchen we had a gas line run to the stove so when OK has power outrages we have a way to cook and a gas fireplace for heat!
About the gutters, our french drain frose up last winter so I dumped about 2 cups of h2o softner pellets down the intake end. It thawed in about an hour!
Hey Shawn It sucks that you're a rental property Got damaged I don't have rental property But I hate when people mess with my personal stuff. Skid loaders Can tare up people's yards Tractors are easier on the grass.
Kubota ktac insurance I hear is the best I have yet to deal with them because my tractor only has 40 hours on it but from all the videos I watch of other UA-cam guys they take care of about anything even if it is your fault for example peaks peak homestead dropped a tree on his side by side they got him hooked up with a new hood and all the other peices that broke amazing support
I think a very best option for you would be a JCB Teleskid.
Shawn, I own a Window Washing Business and in the Winter I use a real good insulated glove and it's real good with salt, the brand is called Emperor Penguin, get yourself a I think you'll appreciate them...
THAT WAS A GOOD MOVE. ITS NOT YOUR BUTT THAT KEEPS US COMING BACK.
call FBI
They also have heat strips you can put in their electric
Why did he wanna switch from gas to electric heaters?
🤷♂️
@@thensh1tguy he didn't, was just giving me pricing for it.
@@SpencerLawnCare oh ok. Was gonna say that’s gotta be expensive to run lol.

Ice cleats,Shawn..
Shawn, I used to live in Oil City, P.A and Massillon, O.H...I now live in East Wenatchee, W.A..
Also, Sno guards
If you have gas now...don't switch to electric. Hydro is a ton more expensive to run.
What is hydro?

I just got a load in norwalk ohio in the same metal containers you use for $60. Don't know if that helps
EEEWWWW NO but pictures please . Lol
Frost wire it's a heated wire
I would have salted the driveway down before driving on it
Have you considered a Bobcat Tool-cat for your property. They can literally do anything. The groundskeepers at my last job used theirs constantly.
I got a tip to take care of the ice in your gutters ........... Flame Thrower haha Just kidding
Throw a sock full of salt on roof
When you get the metal roof is there a video
