We used to go to the MN State fair every year when I used to live in MN. We went to eat, drink beer, and people watch. Such a good time. Mike spent a lot of money on food in this video unless he got the hook up. Lol. It is not cheap.
The most impressive thing here is that Mike, you can eat all the food there. I went to MN State Fair every year and I can only eat around three different food. I wish I were you, even if just taking a couple of bites each. Welcome to MN and thanks for representing MN.

I'm glad you got to go to the state fair! Born and raised here in Minnesota, I've been to the state fair a few times, but it's always so crowded for me. I always go to the Renaissance Festival every year! Highly recommend!

Glad you were finally able to make it, Mike. It's always a food adventure when you go, because there are always, ALWAYS new food innovations there every year. And one of these years, the missus and I are going to rent an RV and live on the fairgrounds for those 2 weeks. Yes, that's a thing.

Whenever I have crispy bacon, I always drizzle maple syrup on it, but the orange chipotle sauce sounds delicious! And bacon dipped in chocolate…….perfection

My home!! I miss the state fair every year. It was a yearly thing, but it is too expensive to both travel back to MN and go to the state fair. The cheese curds are the best I have ever had, but it could be just what I grew up thinking they were😁.

me and my friends recreated it after the state fair, so easy to make at home and just as delicious!! we mixed dill with alfredo for our sauce : )
