I like your narration, bringing you little spice to a story we've otherwise heard, oh, so many times. Also, your reading voice is great, full of emotions, really keeps us in. ❤
If you have never played it yourself then i would still recommend playing it, because of everything that is not covered by the main story. It's a really great game.
@@D2daICE Yeah, there is a ton of thought put into the game world of MM that I hadn't noticed until I replayed it. For example, I didn't even notice that the Romani storyline had a side plot of Cremia liking Anju's fiance with there being a love triangle subplot to both of those quests.
These videos are SO good!!!! I never got to play a lot of these older games when I was a kid bc I didn’t have the right console or we couldn’t afford it or whatever, and trying to play them now as an adult didn’t feel right for all of them, but hearing all of them told like a story is PERFECT !!!!! Literally retelling the LEGENDS OF ZELDA is genius and you do it so incredibly well!!! I rlly hope the wind waker is next but I’m happy no matter what🤩
I'm not sure what but something about kafei story makes it special to me since I played this as a kid. That's the side quest I wanted finished when I beat the game for the first time

My girlfriend Lulu laid some eggs that female pirates stole, They're stored away in water tanks, and eel-infested holes. To hatch them, you must take them to the laboratory guy, And now I leave this task to you, CUZ I'M ABOUT TO DIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIE! 🤣
fun easter egg.. if you wear the bird mask that plays the match... the enemies wil start to march as if in a parade.. it funny and helpful to get them stunned a moment.
I played this game so many times I never followed a guide and I know how to get all of the masks but I didn't know that you can wear that stone mask so you don't have to sneak I always did it the hard way
My question is why did link have to taught Epona's song when this is the same link the was from ocarina of time and he was already taught that song before
I know back then they had guide books but I did everything on my own into this day I still didn't know that you can wear that stone mask to not get caught by the pirates you can just walk you learn something new everyday things for the tidbit
i hate using guides or vids too. destroys the fun and the discovery as well as shows a pathetic lack of skill and effort. gonna game do it right I say. good on u
“Deep sea diving is terrifying.” In the N64 version, Zora Link is an underwater fighter jet. Nothing can be truly terrifying with that kind of power! Too bad they ruined it in the 3DS version.
Also, Ikana is terrifying, but not because of the ghosts. More because of that, what, six year old girl? Living in a house with a father who probably would have killed her, didn't recognize her, and...shudder, this is DARK, Miyamoto-san!

The Twinmold fight and Akana castle allude to involvement with Majora's Mask. Haven't watched your last video if you bring that up or not, but that culture and the ruins of that place are directly tied to Majora's Origins. I always thought the giant mask felt out of place until I found out later that the Giant of that temple was originally supposed to be dead, and upon healing you obtain the giant mask and stop the moon yourself. At least that's what early concept art seems to allude to. I love your lore videos so much. One minor complaint though; You often speculate on player choice or ability as a canonical fact in the game's lore. Simply put you cannot make any assumptions of Link's actions that aren't directly required to finish a story line. Otherwise it is pure random chance on what player decided to pick up the controller.
It's funny you should bring that up today. She's never played through any Final Fantasy game (other than a bit of FF14) so she doesn't know really anything about them. We recently had a poll in Discord on which mainline games she should try and she's actually going to "demo" the top five most voted on stream.. starting today! 😲 Though nothing is guaranteed, she has mentioned she'd like to dive into at least one of them for a video.
