GM Joe. Happy Sunday. Liking the front elevation. The stone. Grey roof. Double door entry. Huntsman inspired decor I see with that bear 🐻 rug and moose head. Wow. The kitchen. The wood beams give a rustic feel. Huge pantry and laundry 🧺 room. Lawd look at the refrigerator. Perfect size dining table. Oh. Loving the sunken cellar. Elevator 🙌🏼. 1st floor primary. Wide en-suite entrance. Supershower and tub. Love pocket doors. Great closet. Every home should have that rear 1/2 bath. With backyard access. Covered enclosed lanai and pool. Perfection. Love the tucked in wide staircase. Huge loft with balcony. You know I love a bedroom with an en-suite and walk-in closet. Oh half bath. Yess. Another corridor? Omg. Bedroom. Bathroom. Gym that’s also a bedroom re:closets. Theater room. Joe this home not my price point but it is amazing. I’m a 1- story gal but the elevator is appreciated. The last 2 upstairs bedrooms share a bath but it’s ok. The other has an en-suite and there’s a powder bath in the loft area. ( Dont like when 3 bedrooms share a bath as there’s no powder bath; the 4/2’s)This seller a world lover. Huntsman. Fisherman. Tombs. Amazing. Thanks for sharing.
