the property on seminole, feeling like she's a bit tired, but still needing to be sold. she appears on nearly every multi-hour compellation. i'd be more a fan if it was the split home, old spanish style in the front, protected status, with the massive contemporary addition in the back. i could watch that all day because it is so unique. the seminole house, well, it's a bit ordinary for mega mansion status, appealing to nearly anyone with money and no taste. whereas that split personality residence, that addition is so curated, the volume so expansive, and the quality of work comes across, as we used to say in the printing industry, museum quality, basically, top of the range, taste on a trust fund
The “RECYCLING” of the same properties over and over in different videos just to create content that is practically not new is kind of disrespectful to your loyal viewers. Case in point is the first house in this clip to mention just one. It’s in like 3-4 other recent clips @LPG. @Lifestyle Production Group. Please take heed. Some of us don’t mind going back to watch previously watched clips they are that good but when you get excited because you see a new/recent posting only to find the same properties… But then again not everybody may be an ardent fan that they watch almost every clip. If it’s geared towards the random viewer then it makes sense.
the second property featured looks so familiar, but not. was this just updated? i swear i saw a video about this property a while back, had just been sold, had some outbuildings, shocker that it was miami cuz it backed up to fields. the first tour was a guided narration tor by either the new owner or the owner's rep or realtor. i swear i'm not mental. the property came with a fair number of animals, a pond, possibly an orchard or palm plantation, lots of birds. the animals would be rehomed, the birds would likely stay. i think it may have even had an aviary. the first shot of the interior, my immediate thought was, i've seen this, but not this. the lot was maybe 18 acres, and the commentary was miami, 18 acres? who would think that was possible? everything about this was familiar but was new. the main house needed major updating, and i recall having the same feeling, big open center and everything compartmentalized along each side, similar to a cathedral with mini chapels coming off the sides. almost exactly the same words - i was curious after seeing the aerial shot then the first image of the interior is the enclosed courtyard. then and now once the interior shot was revealed almost exactly the same thought, oh no, not for me - big and airy but not for me. am i mental or is this that same property.
Actually it said 27 acres, but it's the first I've seen it, and has LOADS of possibilities for making it your own! Can't believe it's IN Miami! You can't/don't see that much acreage there! Wonder what's wrong with it, is my thought! There were several others I also liked! Lost track though as they're Not numbered so I can go back to it! @lpg is that property for real or sold?😮
@@yvonnemurphy8457 interesting on the acreage. i didn't see that at the beginning, yeah, this property was featured some time ago, not sure which channel. it was a property walk through with narration. i feel like it was an animal sanctuary or something similar because the animals came with property. there was talk ok keeping the birds and rehoming the other animals. if the eastern edge of miami is the atlantic, this has to be on the western edge. there's a lot of fields, railroad tracks, along the edge of the property. i imagine a google search for that lot won't be that tough given it's 27 acres

That's why I'm wondering what wrong with it, as it also looks unfinished? It's huge, yet staged or wrongly put together! Its still A huge amount of land to find in Miami, period! There are other homes far smaller and ugly in my opinion, that cost WAAAY more! I've not seen it before, but I've not been paying attention, but an animal sanctuary, I've never heard of in Miami??🤔🤔
