Is it correct to assume that when you have a $500k house with a pool, the quality of the rest of the house decreases, and when you have $500k house WITHOUT a pool, the quality of the rest of the house increases?
What about houses outside the community and hoa or any fees?

We are a family of 9, yes 9 ranging from 4 years to adult we are currently looking to move to the apopka saint cloud area and are having a terrible time finding a home in our budget and size requirements we are not opposed to bank owned foreclosures but we definitely need square footage and at least 6 bed 5 baths preferably 7 beds I know this is a tall order and given our budget of 500k or less I hope you can help us. We don't mind something that needs a little work oh and we don't want to be in the area of Kissimmee or Davenport because of the traffic from the resorts. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated we are looking to move sooner than later please email me any suggestions

Now I have an Artistic son and I need to have a house with 6 to 7 inch high vinyl fence through the whole entire property including the garages totally closed up because my son will run out into the streets. Over here in the north, we have more privatecy and fences all over the the property. It allows for the neighbor to stay in there own proerty. In Florida everything is open and anyone can't enter your property, which in not alright with me. No wonder the crime is high because robbers can access the property easy. In the north side, since we have fences, it makes it a little harder for robbers to enter without getting caught. Not all the property have fences, but most of them do and I don't feel comfortable swimming in a in ground pool, with my next door neighbor swimming right next to me, in his pool. Florida needs to put vinyl fences all over the property and gives the people privatecy.
Those pools are way too small.
Non of these house are worth the asking prize.
