Playing with coloramp recently had made me discover some interesting effects on my 3D-madelleiden cut crystal. Ended up creating something sorts of ”High Tech Crystal, what either can store something or be a power source.”😂
Friend: "How can i get a color ramp? " Me: "With a color ramp node." Friend: "No i mean a color gradient how do i make one of them?" Me: "With a gradient Texture." Friend: "And how can i make it look like glas?" Me: "With a glass BSDF?" Blender is awsome you just need to learn all the important names and the UI and everything will make sence. Its like ther is a magic button that solves every problem but you need to know were it is. Great Video would love to see more about Node Setups in Blender. Hope your doing well and have a good one :p.
Sometimes I need to remind myself of basic things like this once I learned all the other stuff in blender the first things were forgotten and whole season's have passed
Excellent help getting familiar with the daunting universe of NODES in BLENDER... what was that last NODE you mentioned... you said it was your "favorite"... the "hold out shader" ? Great work! Is it possible to add color or grunge or texture to an imported photo... like a jpg or a png... just to give some character? Thanks very much!!!
Please help master, I have a problem with the mirror modifier when using the color ramp. How to make the material also mirror each other? Do you have a video explaining it? Thank you for answering, I hope the channel gets more and more viewers and reaches 1 million subscribers.
Have you encountered a weird behavior with Color Ramp and grayscales? I see that CR can give 2 different results in Eevee and cycles. I have a CR making 0 or 1 a gray value but in Cylces a middle gray value becomes zero and Eevee makes it one… as if one render mode sees the grayscale in a slightly different gamma.
PLEASE turn this into a series! I need to understand all the nodes just like this.
Would be cool if this becomes a series for all the nodes
There is a video in youtube about all nodes.
Thank you, pretty good explanation video!
From you said skate, you got my sub
_The nodes, Mason. What do they mean?_
*Dragovich is goin down.*

Shortcut to add Mapping and Coordinate nodes: click the node you want to add them to and Press Ctrl + T
Only if you have node wrangler enabled though, right?
@@chuckpenzone ah, yes. you're right. nice catch.
which node addon you use for node look stylized??

Hey can you animate the color ramp somehow?
how do you make 4 different gradient colors, two going horizontal and two going vertical?
Can I keyframe colour ramp
Can I make one of those colors transparent if u know what I mean?
100%. When you click the color, to change it, slide the A slider all the way down.
@@TutsByKai omg, Im actually so dumb xD TY mate
what if i want 2 dark colours and a texture
Where is b-spline? and b-spline hard for render?
