This thing really is bright and it has a very good beam. It's also very bright on medium which is what I like. All it needs now is a battery indicator

I'm a big fan of this light, other than the reverse clicky, meaning no momentary without a loud click. Even so, not a deal breaker. Performance/beam is really good for its size, and I love 14500s for EDC.

I have the 2 AA version and really like it. I’m starting to prefer tail switch lights over side switches. I wish nitecore sold a version without the battery as I have a few 14500s

Have you noticed the "Step Down" when in High mode?
I have several lights that after only a couple minutes the lights dims to almost what medium is.

I believe that it has over heat protection. I haven’t had it in turbo long enough to step down but I do believe it has it. Thanks for watching.

they should have kept the original design of the MT1A, its a beautiful design, it only needed an upgrade on its output. This vs klarus XT1A, id go with the klarus, its design is more appealing
