I know many injured worker circumstances make them frustrated with their firm that represents them, but I can tell you the information that this firm providers is first rate. Nobody’s ever going to be satisfied in the Worker’s Compensation system, but be careful about who you think isn’t working on your behalf. This guy is an expert and as aggressive as I’ve observed in this business.
How do you file a penalty petition? Its any form?

It be nice if you happen to listened on client when in need assistance, ignoring calls and emails never return after a week no one has reached out I’m done with my case care less what happens with outcome not getting better

I've Got a Case right now and i was placed on Permanent Disability, Even Though The QME Dr had stated on his most recent report that i still haven't reached Maximum Medical Improvement, can a Penalty be filed in this case by my unfortunately incompetent attorneys, I've been with them since 2019, took almost 3 years to get surgery approved i was never helped economically during that waiting period and Berkshire keeps screwing me over I'm still Injured and i am waiting to get a second surgery which is alos taking for ever i can't work please help I'm on my 4th case manager with this law firm i don't know what to do because I've been so long with this firm now, both sides blamed COVID for it which i can be reasonable but during the Past year not much has been done and I've complained about me feeling my hernia ripping again. Any Advice.
