    Thank you very much for the list. I followed the same for a month and my tsh level reduced from 7 to 4.Along with that I changed my diet. I added more vegetables in all 3 meals and I finish my dinner before 6 pm.

    Afternoon mam...i just love your yoga videos and i do follow all the asanas from the video... actually i have one question that...do our body gains weight or increases the obesity if one suddenly stops doing yoga or workout...i means do one increases in the fattness due to stopping doing the yoga or workout...

    Kuch easy way batana chahiye perform karne k liye begginers.. not everyone has thin and flat tummy like yours... So kisi chair ya cushion se start kaise kare kuch easy way batane chahiye that will be more beneficial

    Ma'am, my right hand ankle got fractured 3 years ago but still whenever I am doing something like exercise or any work regular i get pain in it.
