When I first started watching this, I thought it was somebody playing a game and streaming the video. Until they said the person is playing the game with a neurolink BCI. And that blew me away.
And then the multiple spectrums for the eyesight like Geordie in Star Trek is insane.

I’d like my auditory capability back to 20Hz - 21kHz like 40 years ago. Music sounded so much more involving and detailed than now it does to me.
Think of a day when every aged person can hear just as well as youngsters do. What a thrill just to think of it.
Only if Neuralink or other medical teams work towards such a direction. The benefit to mankind is immense, the phenomenon being touching if you ask me.

25:00 - SECURITY ACCESS - I imagine it would be possible for a Neuralink 'wearer' to gain access to security-controlled/protected files, devices, doorways, etc. For instance, a 'smart' home without 'overt' door-locking mechanisms, room lighting, A/V entertainment devices, etc.

This is so fucking crazy. I’m not sure about it. Low key I feel like we need this but I’m scared. I get it get a 100 percent return on human value but okay.
i worry about the fact that they use the literal signal of moving your hand. why? well, imagine noland arbaugh regains full movement of his body thanks to future tech, does that mean that each time he wants to move the mouse with his mind his hand is going to move because its the same signal for both tasks? and more even, when healthy people start to use this implant, they would wanna use telepathy without having to move their hands and arms. So thats why it worries me, i would prefer some kind of system that adapts to your thoughts and learns how your brain works, specialle because the "imagining movement" is a very diffuse concept that people will do differently from others. So imagine a neuralink that doesnt get the signal of my moving the hand, but the signal of my IMAGINING my hand moving. I may imagine it as an image, but other people may imagine it in a more literal, more proprioceptive way, and other people may imagine it in other ways. So thats my worry, how to separate imaginating movements from trying to literally move your hand, and after that problem is solved, how to generalize between all brains and all different imaginations to make sure the neuralink always knows what you mean when you are imagining certain things. Am i the only one that thinks about this?
