28:00 I'm getting some flashbacks to watching the Borg Queen in Star Trek for the first time 😅
But seriously: this is amazing!
Wow. That cursor control is amazing!
Elon legend 🤠
Thank you Farzad youre the man!!!
Solid update.
4x speed watching go burr
I was wondering if little barbs or hooks would stop the threads from pulling out.
Thank you Neuralink Team. For us to stay relevant in the time of AI, sharp minds like yours are needed. 👍🏼
What I love about this panel, is that Elon invited people who are competent, and did not overthink how to show diversity 😂
diversity is racist, he's gotta make actual science happen!
where is the black guy, shouldn't he have the black guy in there?
@@Fighter4Street cmonnnn
@@Fighter4Street I don’t think we should think about race and gender when it comes to competent work and knowledge. I’m a women and I don’t feel that there must be a women in the panel because there are many reason why these 5 are delivering this talk.
@@Fighter4Street lol
Elon needs to get involved with more stuff. He isn't busy enough
😄
He dips his toes into education.…
If he runs for president, I will vote for him in a heartbeat, never mind he isn’t born here.
Nanotech next, nanotech next!!
You gotta love Musk. After all this brain science talk the last thing he said was, "we're the only ones who offer monkey room service". LOL
You definitely don’t gotta love Musk.
@@owenlarson07366 Yup, can't love the guy because he post nasty tweets! Ignore everything Neuralink is set out to do.
@@owenlarson07366 the hilarious part about you people is that you still are all over Elon Musk content lol
@@owenlarson07366 why ?
Elon musk is a very driven capitalist. He has to be in order to be somewhat succesful at his level.
So in order to fund his various projects, he acts unethically.
Yes, he does lead a bunch of very interesting companies with his own money, but in order to do so, he lies, disregards the law, disregards the environmental effects of his companies, has to lobby politically, and has to atleast partly strategize against the wellbeing of some population some of the time.
Can the threads be reset back into place or if they are out they are out?
He said it control almost anything but didn't mention Optimus specifically. That is odd since both are nearing initial release and seem like a natural pairing
Humanity owe this man so much
Totally agree. He IS the genius of our time and deserves the utmost respect of all people.
Indeed.
I’m sure it will help many people but it opens the door to the possibility of AI taking control of humans by gradually going deep into the human brain. This is a technology that should be approached very carefully.
That would be my real concern also.
Agreed, probably can help people, but at 1:45 he says the technology can be used to mitigate AI, then at 8:26 he speaks of AI, human symbiosis, which is it? Why does the product need read write access to the brain?? Can you imagine a starlink connection to this device.....
“we have these little meat sticks that we move” 😂 21:43
Smart watches can get hot when being used or charged... How do they plan to stop the devices cooking the closest part of the brain?
@@Falenir ask the streamer who experienced it first hand, the fact that you asking this here imply that you don’t really want an answer
Make each “thread tip” barbed kind of like a fishing hook to prevent it from coming out
The Calibre of Topic is literally in Par with Elons other Businesses , and this is just one facet of the new technologies.
Glad they shared what they felt the issue was with Nolands connectivity loss was.
Saw this while cleaning. Such a huge update! Dropped what I was holding. Now I’m bleach-less!
Bleachless ! Love it!
So inspired by all of this. My husband had glioblastoma multiformis diagnosis of 2 tumors, years ago. He made it 20 months and thankfully he never lost cognition. Thank you Elon Musk and others for doing what you’re doing. 👍🏼
Oh, by the way, I’m pretty sure that the use of cell phones was a big contributor to the tumors. It was on that side of his head that he would put the cell phone next to… Horrors
why was bluetooth selected as the wireless technology communication standard of choice for neralink communication? out of the many different wireless communications standards available?
😊 Thank you Elon! As someone with a spinal cord injury you give us all hope!!! I already have a Tesla MX with FSD. It makes my life much easier. Thank you once again!
Elon continues to enable incredible genius.
the man doesnt just help move society forward, he builds the airport, plane, trains the pilot, and designs the robot attendant. mind blown and so many what if questions come to mind. im curious what insight will be gained in regards to brain deterioration from diseases like dementia / Parkinson's, etc. could it correct it if installed early enough, could it detect it?
😂Just a modern day Nicola Tesla
Great work guys
My mum has parkinsons and struggles with pain and her mobility. This has the potential to fix it in the future.
What a remarkable achievement and juggling so many complicated problems at the same time. Elon, you are the man!

Amazing. A panel of miracle workers. Elon I’m pretty speechless. You and your team have changed life as anyone has known it. Thank you for your kindness to animals. ❤
Truly amazing how Elon and his team of experts at Neuralink are progressing. Exciting to see what future human (superhuman) can do with the perfected Neuralink implant.
Could you please post the original video first and then provide an option to preview the shortened version? I find doing it the other way around irritating. Thank you!
Just amazing! Did you notice, when it comes to Tesla or SpaceX, Elon does all the talking (he is after all the Chief Engineer in those companies and knows the stuff) but here (this is the brain these guys are talking about!) Elon shuts up and let's the experts talk! Love it . Just amazing! 👏👏❤
Nolan is a phenomenal ambassador !!!!!!!!!!!!
Totally. Couldn’t have picked a better recipient. Some people just bounce back from adversity.
Wonderful
Hi new Dad! Thanks for posting this here so we can get all the good new updates from the Neuralink team! 💕❤️💕❤️💕❤️💕❤️
Maybe Optimus will be able to speak for people who cant speak. My Ti994a had speech synthesis.
Once the write loop is complete, telepathic communication becomes unlocked between neurolink patients.
Brainhacking...
How can ANYBODY say that Elon Musk is not THE VISIONARY of our time. His dedication to improve the lives of mankind and his intelligence is unsurpassed. Protect this genius at all costs. The utmost respect Elon shows to all of the people in the room is inspiring and commendable. And yes this video blew my mind as well, no pun intended.
Intelligence?
@@user-ye7lp9lg1c obviously by your statement this is the one area you're lacking. Neuralink wouldn't work for you. The tiny electrodes gotta have a brain to link to .
Elon Musk, the true One for all.
