Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Pandan Water (blend 5 pandan leaves with 125ml cup of water & strain it)
- 1/2 Cup Sugar (100g)
- 3/4 Cup Flours (95g)
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 1/4 Cup Santan (300ml)
- 1 Tsp Pandan Emalco (optional)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tbs Butter or Margerine (melted)
- Sesame Seeds as needed
- Butter for greasing

Instructions
1.Line pan with butter. Then place it in the preheated oven at 200C.
2.Add in flour, sugar, salt in a bowl. Stir to combine.
3.Then, add in pandan water, coconut milk, pandan emalco & eggs. Whisk to combine.
4.Strain the batter.
5.Pour the batter into the heated pan. Sprinkle sesame seeds as needed. Bake it in the oven (180C) until turn cook completely (skewer comes out clean when inserted). Bake it at 200C for the last 10 minutes to make the top golden brown.
