    Biskut Shortbread Chocolate.
    .
    Ingredients
    Shortbread biscuits
    125g Butter
    1/4 Cup Sugar (60g)
    1 Cup Flour (125g)
    1/3 Cup Milk Powder (40g)
    1/4 Cup Almond Powder (25g)
    1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
    A Pinch of Salt

    Chocolate
    200g Dark Chocolate Compound
    15g Butter
    50g White Chocolate compound
    .
    Instructions
    1.Add all the ingredients into a bowl. Cut it until it become wet sand.
    2.Place it on 8"x8" baking tray lined with butter. Spread it out evenly & pressed it to the pan until smooth. Prick it witj fork & place the cutter into the dough.
    3.Bake it at 160C for 40-50 minutes.
    4.Once turn golden brown, take out from the oven & takes out the cutter. Let it cool down slightly.
    5.Place the dark chocolate & butter in a bowl. Melt it using microwave or doule boiler.
    6.Pour the melted chocolate on top of the cookies. Spread it out evenly. Then pipe the malted white chocolate on top of the dark chocolate. Make a marble pattern using skewer.
    7.Place bake the cutter slowly to the cookies. Let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes or until set.
    8.Take it out when set, then take out the cutter. Place the cookies in airtight container.
