Agreed. Even if you just get to the first room in the Divide, he can do the repairs for you, which is huge. But the extra laser damage plus the repairs plus the workbench plus the extra ammo he gives you plus the boost to perceptions plus either of the upgrades (BOS or Followers) plus a pretty great story, especially from the Divide ED-E (none of the other ones make me cry), make him objectively the most useful follower for ANY build, especially laser weapons.
Cass is really easy to meet, but hard to recruit; you have to visit the crimson caravan twice, and camp mccarran once, then pass a speech or barter check. For all that legwork, she should really start with a better weapon, but her personality is still amazing.
Definitely ruffled some feathers with your ranking of ED-E. 😋 Considering all the upgrades he gets, and the fact that you can have him along with any humanoid companion, he's easily S tier.
ED-E is a top tier companion. It can repair your gear by 25% once a day, plus it lets you target invisible enemies. You can unlock the repair perk at a very low level and it works for normal ED-E as well as Lonesome Road ED-E. Plus ED-E is both a workbench and an ammo bench, like Veronica only more flexible. You have to choose between two non-human companions and ED-E is far superior to Rex.
Correction: Frank Horrigan, the final boss of Fallout 2 is the strongest NPC in all of Fallout. He's a super mutant / cyborg in power armor who has a 10 in every stat and 185 in every combat skill, as well as max HP and all sorts of unique abilities and final-boss level gear. Ulysses is nearly as strong as Frank Horrigan, but Frank has a much higher armor class and much more damage resistance than Ulysses does. Not to mention that Frank is nearly twice as powerful in terms of dealing damage because Ulysses doesn't have any skills above 100.
How can you say Cass is one of the first companions you can get? To recruit her you have to get all the way to Vegas (or well, the Crimson Caravan) by which point you've passed Boone, Arcade, Veronica, Rex and E-DE at the very least
Bro wtf. As a stealth sniper player (most of the time) Boone is one of the best especially with his perk of highlighting enemies cuz they can get pretty hard to see at night. E-DE is great because if I ever miss spotting a target, he detects things far away enough to where I can slip away and find a sniping spot far way enough that enemies will just never find me.
Boone deserves to be in the top tier. He’s a great character and all. But you also have to take into account that he can one shot like every damn enemy. Probably the most OP companion in the game and the only companion I know I can leave on his own and he’ll be able to hold his own against the enemies.
i almost always bring ED-E along because his damage output is really good before his quest and after his quest (if you choose to give him to the Followers) his damage is insane, also being able to see enemies from miles away or behind cover is very convenient
The way Veronica's quest plays out if she leaves the Brotherhood is one of the saddest things ever. Her entire quest has some great writing, no matter what she chooses you still feel like it's the wrong choice. You can also ruin Lily's life forever by telling her to stop taking her meds altogether so her schizophrenia gets even worse so you can get some stat boosts in combat. New Vegas moment.
ED-E is total underrated here. Definitely an S tier companion just for his perks and utility after completing lonesome road. He increases your perception (which for me is perfect considering i only ever start a game with a perceptionof 5), he improves your accuracy in vats, he repairs your weapon once per day, makes ammunition or a sachel charge for you, increases your damage with energy weapons, acts as a work bench and a reloading bench, carriers your heavy weapons/junk, and he has a great back story. This little dude practically saved the wasteland from another fallout, at least in my game. So yea tbh even if i wanted to solo run this game I'd still have to take ED-E with me. He is "the" couriers companion. Every courier should have an eye bot with them, it just seems fitting
Love Raul. The best companion perk in the game, great personality, great backstory, and an absolute monster with Guns. I recommended giving him something like This Machine or the Brush Gun.
Personally, I use ED-E & Lily alongside Raul's Full Maintenance Perk which the Courier can keep permanently after unlocking the perk through his unmarked quest. Make sure you do so BEFORE starting Dead Money with Raul as your only companion, start the DLC with him following you into the bunker and you'll arrive with his perk in the Sierra Madre. The perk doesn't get erased when recruiting another humanoid companion such as Lily who increases Critical Damage by 10%. And since you have Full Maintenance which makes Armor & Weapons 75% more durable, pair that with ED-E's first rank in the Lonesome Road DLC at the beginning area, you can repair the weapon daily for 25%.
I like Followers of the Apocalypse upgraded ED-E. He get that extra fast laser gun with +169DPS. Plus, he's has portable workbenches for making stimpacks, weapon repair kits and doctor's bags on the fly.
I love Joshua Graham because he has the hardest line in any fallout game: ''I survived because the fire inside burned brighter than the fire around me''
My favorite combo is Boone and ED-E earlier on in a play through. Towards the end I don't run with companions at all as their incessant desire to cross in front of my barrel and get shot in the back is annoying asf. You only have to do a bit of research to see how ED-E's quest works. It works no problem when you know how it works. As others have pointed out since the base game ED-E gets the Lonesome Road ED-E enhancements you are sleeping on him.
I love Boone's perk. For sniping, it's invaluable. Sit way off in the distance with a sniper rifle, and it's super hard to locate the target. But, when they glow red, it's super easy. As a sniper build, I can't really live without the Spotter perk.
cass can get both of those perks. ed-e carries his perks from lonesome road. with veronica your supposed to either give her the holotape which gives her the perk or keep the holotape from her which gives you a perk. also forgot to mention with ed-e you get a perk if you leave him in the silo and deal with ulysses by yourself
ED-E not at least being considered reliable is crazy considering the amount of value you get from ED-E is unmatched (workbench, ammo, repair on the go). ED-E can also be taken with most other companions (as long as they aren't non-humanoid). Joshua Graham not being in Wasteland Warriors is downright disrespectful lore-wise and in-game.
almost 300 hrs into FNV and i just recently found out about what really happened. goddamn, poor boone. my first blind playthrough when i found the slave ledger, i didn't hesitate to kill Jeannie Mae. i beelined to it actually, just seemed right after seeing what her loss had done to him. (then i went on to support the legion later anyway)
Arcade, Raul, and V are my favs. Arcade is not only some really well done representation, but hes just a fun time everytime you bring him, hes got a lot of funny quips, a really good buff, and surprisingly great damage with that Defender. Raul is damn near more fun than Arcade. Everything he says is pure gold. Thanks to Danny MF Trejo, if you help him take up his guns again and give him the MM, hes a monster. But both of them pale to the brutalizer that is Veronica, finish her quest and then finish Dead Money and those buffs combine to make her a terror in combat, give her power armor and the Balistic Fist and you can just take a nap when you go to Vault 3, ive seen her solo the Deathclaw Mother before, absolute beast. And that's all not mentioning how much of an incredible character she is. "I know where you live, Ramos, open up," lives in my head rent-free.
Ulysses is one of 4 characters with 10 in all Special Stats. The other ones are Colonel Royez & Gaius Magnus, also from Lonesome Road, and Frank Horrigan, the final boss from Fallout 2.
That's a misconception. Any follower (except Lily, Rex and ED-E for obvious reasons) can wear power armor right of the bat, not just Veronica, the power armor training restrictions applies just to your character.
Boone with the gobi rifle and remnants power armor takes out legate lanius, I even have Veronica remnants power armor and a ballistic fist and she failed to take him out, she is still strong tho
Being a nightkin, Lily is by definition a Gen 1 super mutant, so she must've had all her faculties for a while after the transformation. It's really sad how stealth boy use made her go schizo, and then her schizophrenia medicine fucked her up even more.
One can get both of Cass' perks. Talk to Jackson then slaughter the Van Grafs and the CC boss. Further, Whiskey Rose is Godlike with 100 survival when you drink the 3 spirits at one, since they stack and give a huge DT boost. Never leave home without it. When you exploit WR and her double perks Cass is tip top.
Yeah unless you do the faction adjust after completing it the non combat way it is almost impossible to NOT get both since the Van Graffs faction will agro and as soon as the door guard engages you the rest will come out of the Silver Rush to join in the fun.
Best thing about Gannon is that Tesla armor he gives you. I like Boone but it's hard to keep positive reputation with the Legion since he shoots them on sight. For Cass, I'm pretty sure you can get both perks if you do them in the right order. ED-E's weapon repair skill alone makes him worthwhile. Especially since he has a separate companion slot from humanoid companions.
I always feel Veronica is underrated by the community, she is very strong , she can wear power armor plus her power fist is amazing and her affinity perk or whatever gives her even more armor making her a tank, a rex and Veronica combo is what I usually go with because they freaking wreck cazadors
35:34 actually he's one of 4 characters with maxed out special stats, the others being frank Horrigan and the two bosses you get for nuking either the NCR or Legion territories, great video btw!
1. Boone, cause he's pretty much the wasteland version of myself. 2. Raul, cause he's the wasteland aquivalent of the cool mexican MF with the golden heart, plus if you want to have Trejo by your side, you have to invest a bit. 3. Lilly, cause she must have been such a sweetheart, just like my granny was. Would love to see her played by Mickey Rourke in the Amazon show, lot of potential there.
7:02 I have to disagree, Boone spotter perk is the best, it can be so hard to accurately acquire targets, especially at a distance, and if you’re not in a vats build you’re probably not using vats that much, yes I do spam vats to find targets, but aiming with sustained fire is a different thing all together, especially when they’re at the extreme end of your render distance.
Fun fact Ulysses was originally going to be a companion in the base game of NV, he was suppose to serve as the "bad guy" companion for the Legion. But he was cut from the game because he had too much important dialogue and they couldn't fit him on 360 and ps3 discs. So instead of removing lines or re-recording them they just completely removed him instead and saved him for the DLCs.
making games worse for the sake of catering to console manufacturers/players is my least favorite thing. consoles have always been oboslete and i think gaming should be gatekept from normies
@@sweetypuss "normies" ok bro. i agree with you but games as we know it would be still prehistoric or at the very least, nowhere near as technologically advanced without console money
I loved Ed-E. Probably my favorite. I do like a lot of the companions in this game though. Boone is kinda my dude. We share our hatred for the legion. I tried to do a legion play through one time and still ended up attacking them
Spotter is meant for sniping. It helps a lot when you're taking areas from far away. Cottonwood Cove comes to mind. I like to try to clear it from the Sniper Shack
Gonna have to disagree with you on Boone's perk. It makes enemies in the dark light up like a Christmas tree so fighting in the dark without VATS is simple. It is also great when sniping (very fitting) because it makes your targets stand out and can be used outside of VATS range.
I usually don't take companions on most of my adventures. When I do it is typically Raul, Cass or Veronica. I seem to have the best time playjng with them. Boone is too efficant and I end up just watching him snipe everythng. Arcade always seems to break when I have him. To be honest Dean, Ulysses get a bullet at my earliest chance. Both really just annoy the hell out of me. Same with Follows Chalk but killing him fails Honest Hearts and usually f I I go to honest Hesrts I want to actually play Honest Hesrts. Unless I am doing a Leigon play through then...
"You can't call yourself a pacifist if you're not capable of violence. If you're not capable of violence, you're not a pacifist. You're just harmless." That sums up Daniel
Raul is my favorite companion in the game. He's super useful for repairing early game and always good at keeping weapons from degrading. My favorite example of this is when I got the maxed out holorifle, and with Raul, it becomes unbreakable when using more weapon degrading ammo types. Raul makes the holorifle, which is an already unbelievably good gun that can be invincible with just regular MF cells with all upgrades, and even more reliable goofy laser shotgun rifle fire thing.
@tytar1037 I meant with the upgrade from dead money and with Rauls perk, it makes it take zero degrade from any ammo type, not just regular cells with the dead money upgrade
My good old boy Rex got done dirty, not here really but in NV overall. With Lonesome Road making ED-E the go-to companion for multiple reasons, you just don't have a good reason for Rex to be around except and only for finishing his quest. At least give him some use like a built-in food dispensary so he can be a mobile campfire, y'know? Help out Survival-skilled characters that won't necessarily need a reloading bench or workbench, but would definitely benefit from using a campfire-esque resource, damn!
Colonel Royes is theorized to be one of the strongest and PCs in the game, at least according to fudge Muppets video. He has multiple special stats at 10, multiple combat stats at 100; plus being a Marked man in a heavily radiated health scape makes him very durable. This however, does come with the caveat that you have to nuke the long 15 at the end of Lonesome Road, so you’re either nuking the NCR or nuking both the NCR and the Legion. speaking of which the Legion doesn’t have a couple half bad mark men either in dry wells. Personally, Royes only beats out the marked man at dry wells because Roy has a stupid strong energy weapon.
Easy to get around nuking the Long 15 being an issue. Just don't go and meet up with Ambassador Crocker until you have finished the Lonesome Road nuking both and cleared out the Long 15. As soon as you complete that quest with Crocker it clears out all of your negative NCR faction so you can get all of that done and still be Idolized with NCR. Just make sure to have companions who are pro NCR chilling in Lucky 38 while messing with NCR so you don't lose them.
Upgrading ED-E’s weapon turns the laser into an alien blaster basically. If you do manage to get the ED-E my love quest and both transmissions, wait a day or two, walk around a bit and both the brotherhood & followers will contact you through his speaker. Just do it as soon as you get around Novac and take him to Helios one, talk to Ignacio and go through all dialogue. Then go to Mccarren and go through all of hilderns dialogue. Shreds through everything
Actually, I often times grab Raul right away; the Stealth Boy in the School of Goodsprings allows you to easily sneak it pretty quickly, which if you have a descent amount of skill in utility skills (I don't remember if it was science or repair right now), you can revive rhonda and give them to tabitha right away. How do you sneak in? The pit with the Centaurs that is near Black Mountain has a gate that you can reach by climbing the cliffs/rocks in the area and opening the gate with IIRC Average Lockpicking. You don't have to fight any of the Super Mutants if you do it correctly. Sometimes I do it just so I can have Danny/Raul following me from the very start. Of course, that is based on whether I want to use the Stealth Boy to do that, or go past the Cazadors/Deathclaws/Vipers to go down to the Great Khans at the very beginning of the game instead since I don't ever go the Primm/South Road map until mid/late game nowadays.
For me, ED-E and Rex are Wasteland Warriors, because they take up the "Pet" slot in your party, meaning that you can have one them alongside other companions, so there's really no downside to having one of them in your party. I especially like Rex for my sniper characters, because you can kind of use Rex as a hunting dog. He'll chase after and flush out any enemies that are in cover.
Gannon's quest gives you the Power Armor perk as far as I remember too, so apart from the Brotherhood, he's your guy for that. So if you're doing a "no Brotherhood" playthrough, he kinda becomes S Tier, imho.
The story with ed-e is his creator who he saw as his ( ya he's a robot but whatever) father was being mothballed in to a lesser role because the higher ups felt his projects were nothing special, and he gave data to him to deliver to a Chicago base
Fun fact: Lily's vertibird blade can randomly knock down enemies (similar to Super Slam!). Saved me from the Deathclaw Alpha in Quarry Junction from slicing me in half.
I usually ageee with your lists but not this time around. ED-E is the best companion, plus all of the upgrades he gets in lonesome road can be added to the original when you get back. He can repair items and even be a reloading bench or workbench when fully upgraded he can even make certain ammo types. From there, you just have to pick if you want him to have more damage (the cooler option) or if you want him to have more armor. He's meant to be the Courier's right-hand bot.
Rex with the speed upgrade is the best. Your followers share your perception so Red will sense a enemy and dash fast af to them before they can get on you. Fighting deathclaws is perfect for this.
Whoa! You missed a very important thing about Veronica she has power armor training. So going to the base of Black Mountain, just outside the Boomers or the top floor of the Rodco headquarters loot the power armor from a dead Brotherhood patrol and now Veronica is a tank.
Ulysses isn't actually a companion though... I really like Graham as a character, but let's be honest with ourselves: as a COMPANION, he has very limited time and is just around for a long combat sequence. He should be in Occasional Partners imo. I have a personal soft spot for Dean Domino, i'd put him into Reliable Allies (even though he really isn't that reliable...then again, if you keep him around, he does come in clutch in making escaping the vault a bit easier). I also think Boone's ridiculous combat prowess and early availability makes him a Wasteland Warrior. This is entirely personal but i'd also move up ED-E a tier, that little robot is too darn useful to not have around and he outclasses Rex by a large margin.
Follow chalk's second quest is to ask Joshua whether he should go explore the world or not, this affects his ending slide. It's Waking Cloud, not Walking Cloud.
i like Veronica as a companion, but dear mother of god she has a habit of jumping right in front of me, like, the next frame after i confirm my VATS attacks
I remember giving Arcade to Caesar in one of my playthroughs.. Felt really bad about that cos I like him quite a bit. Veronica is my personal fav companion in the game by far

You can also use base game EDE as a workbench even if you never actually started Lonesome Road, just need to have it installed.
@@Scowleasy Pure S tier with the Gatling, AER14 or even the laser RCW which does 22 damage with OC cells and 2 armor pen. Anything that isn't BOS tier just melts. Also since he has a work bench those 20 MFC's can be converted into anything
Good to know
You can give give her a better shotgun and she has shotgun surgeon so there is that.,
Boone and Ed-E not being at the highest spot is crazy to me
Definitely ruffled some feathers with your ranking of ED-E. 😋
Considering all the upgrades he gets, and the fact that you can have him along with any humanoid companion, he's easily S tier.
Eddie snipes enemy's so far away
The only time you choose rex is when ede is being upgraded by the followers
Yeah my boy frank hoorigan who died because of plot armour. Justice to frank
@@lazy_guy_2525 he died because hes the villain in an rpg game
Ed-E & Boone have been done an injustice here today.
How can you say Cass is one of the first companions you can get? To recruit her you have to get all the way to Vegas (or well, the Crimson Caravan) by which point you've passed Boone, Arcade, Veronica, Rex and E-DE at the very least
Assuming you approach on the eastern side, you won't meet Arcade and Rex yet. But your point remains sound.
cant you recruit her with like 50 something barter check?
@@tomaszpawlik5091 Only AFTER doing the related crimson caravan quest.
Yeah if you like to play as a sniper they're easily your best companion options. The highlight from Boone's spotter perk helps my old man eyes alot.
Companions + Kill cam on = never ending WTF moments.
Especially Boone, lol
I was getting jumpscared, so I turned it off
V crushing a Deathclaws head was it for me 😂
Boone deserves to be in the top tier. He’s a great character and all. But you also have to take into account that he can one shot like every damn enemy. Probably the most OP companion in the game and the only companion I know I can leave on his own and he’ll be able to hold his own against the enemies.
He’s bad against armored melee enemies and can be overwhelmed on very hard. But if you’re sneaking and taking out targets from a distance he’s goated.
@ That’s my play style. I like to go ranged stealth and keep all my enemies at least arm’s length away from me.
i almost always bring ED-E along because his damage output is really good before his quest and after his quest (if you choose to give him to the Followers) his damage is insane, also being able to see enemies from miles away or behind cover is very convenient
Yeah I love him too!
Everyone defending ED-E is amazing, definitely the GOAT
Heh didn't know about that Raul perk trick. Nice one.
thank you for managing to tech me something new about new vegas. time for another play trough
I like Followers of the Apocalypse upgraded ED-E. He get that extra fast laser gun with +169DPS. Plus, he's has portable workbenches for making stimpacks, weapon repair kits and doctor's bags on the fly.
Yeah the only reason to ever take the BoS ED-E upgrade over FotA upgrade is if you are playing hardcore.
I like the fact that the peaceful faction upgrades the attack while the brotherhood just upgrades his shield
I love Joshua Graham because he has the hardest line in any fallout game: ''I survived because the fire inside burned brighter than the fire around me''
ED-E has always been my favorite. Even over any Dogmeat in any game.
ED-E never leaves my party
Raul is so underrated. I loved listen to his gravely voice, and his tragic stories, but he always keeps upbeat. Best companion imo
“My crinkling knees might give us away boss”
My favorite combo is Boone and ED-E earlier on in a play through. Towards the end I don't run with companions at all as their incessant desire to cross in front of my barrel and get shot in the back is annoying asf.
You only have to do a bit of research to see how ED-E's quest works. It works no problem when you know how it works. As others have pointed out since the base game ED-E gets the Lonesome Road ED-E enhancements you are sleeping on him.
Joshua is absolutely a wasteland warrior
I love Boone's perk. For sniping, it's invaluable. Sit way off in the distance with a sniper rifle, and it's super hard to locate the target. But, when they glow red, it's super easy. As a sniper build, I can't really live without the Spotter perk.
my first and favorite playthrough was sniper -> energy weapons, it's a shame you can't get Boone if you're an NCR hater
cass can get both of those perks. ed-e carries his perks from lonesome road. with veronica your supposed to either give her the holotape which gives her the perk or keep the holotape from her which gives you a perk. also forgot to mention with ed-e you get a perk if you leave him in the silo and deal with ulysses by yourself
5:06 shot her while she was pregnant I might add
almost 300 hrs into FNV and i just recently found out about what really happened. goddamn, poor boone. my first blind playthrough when i found the slave ledger, i didn't hesitate to kill Jeannie Mae. i beelined to it actually, just seemed right after seeing what her loss had done to him.
"All mine! *BOOOM!* *Click Click (ED-E Combat Music)
Ulysses is one of 4 characters with 10 in all Special Stats. The other ones are Colonel Royez & Gaius Magnus, also from Lonesome Road, and Frank Horrigan, the final boss from Fallout 2.
you can get Veronica pretty tanky early because she can wear brotherhood power armour which you can get pretty easy from black mountain
That's a misconception. Any follower (except Lily, Rex and ED-E for obvious reasons) can wear power armor right of the bat, not just Veronica, the power armor training restrictions applies just to your character.
@@0impronunciavelThe confusions is because they will wear power armor, but not faction power armor. Veronica WILL wear brotherhood power armor though.
Fun fact Boone cheats. His gun stat goes over 100. Meaning he’s mathematically better than you ever could be.
Boone with the gobi rifle and remnants power armor takes out legate lanius, I even have Veronica remnants power armor and a ballistic fist and she failed to take him out, she is still strong tho
They are both pretty great companions.
Ulysses and Joshua companion mods make both of them wasteland warriors tiers to me.
Being a nightkin, Lily is by definition a Gen 1 super mutant, so she must've had all her faculties for a while after the transformation. It's really sad how stealth boy use made her go schizo, and then her schizophrenia medicine fucked her up even more.
ED-E is great for early game. Helps you save ammo by letting him shoot up creatures
Especially since he has a separate companion slot from humanoid companions.
a reason to not take raul is that he has 100 repair and doesnt care about reputation
Bruh FINALLY!!! The mythical companion tier list
I always feel Veronica is underrated by the community, she is very strong , she can wear power armor plus her power fist is amazing and her affinity perk or whatever gives her even more armor making her a tank, a rex and Veronica combo is what I usually go with because they freaking wreck cazadors
They all can wear power armor. But not brotherhood power armor since its faction armor. Except Veronica of course.
35:34 actually he's one of 4 characters with maxed out special stats, the others being frank Horrigan and the two bosses you get for nuking either the NCR or Legion territories, great video btw!
boone's perk is great for taking out enemies that blend into the background at night or in similar such low-contrast environments from far away
7:02 I have to disagree, Boone spotter perk is the best, it can be so hard to accurately acquire targets, especially at a distance, and if you’re not in a vats build you’re probably not using vats that much, yes I do spam vats to find targets, but aiming with sustained fire is a different thing all together, especially when they’re at the extreme end of your render distance.
special addition or whatever to EDE is since he's a robot (and usually attracts them first) he will easily tank cazadors and make them a cakewalk
I tried to do a legion play through one time and still ended up attacking them
Boone is basically the X6-88 of New Vegas.
How dare you disrespect Boone like that, X6 88 has no depth whatsoever, Boone is great
Spotter is meant for sniping. It helps a lot when you're taking areas from far away. Cottonwood Cove comes to mind. I like to try to clear it from the Sniper Shack
Ron reminds me of CaptainSauce. With the intonation of his words and voice to his looks and facial expressions. they’re both really good UA-camrs too
Bro I was LITTERALLY looking for a companion tier list on your channel this afternoon 🤣🤣
Gonna have to disagree with you on Boone's perk. It makes enemies in the dark light up like a Christmas tree so fighting in the dark without VATS is simple. It is also great when sniping (very fitting) because it makes your targets stand out and can be used outside of VATS range.
ED-E is a must, especially if you’re an energy weapons user.
I think Horrigan also has 10 in every SPECIAL stat
Boone, Veronica, and Ed-E are all warriors.
Boone gets an S from me based on the sheer amount of random killcams I got from him killing enemies from 80 miles away.
"You can't call yourself a pacifist if you're not capable of violence. If you're not capable of violence, you're not a pacifist. You're just harmless."
That sums up Daniel
Raul is my favorite companion in the game. He's super useful for repairing early game and always good at keeping weapons from degrading. My favorite example of this is when I got the maxed out holorifle, and with Raul, it becomes unbreakable when using more weapon degrading ammo types. Raul makes the holorifle, which is an already unbelievably good gun that can be invincible with just regular MF cells with all upgrades, and even more reliable goofy laser shotgun rifle fire thing.
His good ending has the coolest end cards. Ghost Vaquero is such a badass legend
You can just mod it at full condition in dead money and it will be basically unbreakable because of a bug.
@tytar1037 I meant with the upgrade from dead money and with Rauls perk, it makes it take zero degrade from any ammo type, not just regular cells with the dead money upgrade
@ Ah I see. So you could pull out the max cells?
@tytar1037 it's been a bit since my last play through but I'm pretty sure you can. That or it's so slow that it doesn't matter
I have 2 tiers. S tier, which contains ED-E, and F tier, which contains everyone else.
Boone is best choice to feed the white gloves
Rex and Veronica as a duo are OP.
Raul should be using a machete it would be very fitting considering the voice actor.
First off, they are ALL Wasteland Warriors, bud
ED-E is the best because he doesn’t count as a companion
That's a good point.
Man, I’ve had good experiences with most of the companions in this game.
Absurd not to have ED-E in top tier. Boone should be there too. It's hilarious how often he one-shots enemies I haven't even detected yet.
giving Veronica a displacer gloves makes her a really fun companion!
EDE was made in Adam's AFB, actually. It's a location from Fallout 3's DLC, Broken Steel.
Ulysses and The Coruier, are the reason I feel like people in the Mojave would begin respecting couriers, otherwise a grimm reaper will hunt you down
I usually ageee with your lists but not this time around.
That is also true, power armor on her is awesome!
Raul for his durability and fellow revolver user. Ed e for the mobile benching
“Maybe that isn’t the best way to put it”… yeah that’s the best take I’ve ever heard it. 3:30
i like Veronica as a companion, but dear mother of god she has a habit of jumping right in front of me, like, the next frame after i confirm my VATS attacks
I remember running from a group of cazadars….. and boone was picking them off one by one as i ran for my life. Man i love this game 😂
You left out one of Ed-E's best features. You have a portable workbench and reloading station for the asking. That's pretty damn good!
I remember giving Arcade to Caesar in one of my playthroughs.. Felt really bad about that cos I like him quite a bit.
Veronica is my personal fav companion in the game by far
If her Elijah perk from Dead Money wasn't FUBAR she would be bad ass.
I have worked my way trough a lot of your New Vegas clips but I am wondering why only ranking clips, I really would like you to do a dlc run trough like old world blues for example?
Do you mean like a full playthrough?
@@ReapeeRon it’s a big dlc so not a full play trough but one that highlights important parts of the Dlc like the X8 lab for example where you get the upgrade to shut of force fields what in my opinion is one of the most important upgrades in OWB or locations of the sink upgrades Elisha’s Lear that sort of thing was looking for a reference video to compare my play trough to others (while still following my own path to stubborn to do otherwise 😎) for a full walk trough I can always pick Oxhorn but that takes 1.5 H for a single episode and he’s got 50, I’d like to spend my time playing in stad of watching Ox for hours on end 🤣 but every once in a while I like to check what other players are doing that’s how I found you
