Glad you are doing more Megadeth, I used to go to sleep listening to this album as a teenager,( I'm 45 now and stil lmy favorite band) up the great work my friend, smoking 🚬 to explore while exploring the smoke 🚬, cheers and see you on the next one.

Glad to see another generation enjoying Megadeth. I'm 52, and became a fan the first time i heard them back in 1987 (traded an Iron Maiden 'Piece of Mind' cassette to a friend for Megadeth's 'Peace Sells..But Who's Buying?'. He'd bought it & didn't like it). I was familiar with a couple of Metallica songs, but wasn't really a fan. Peace Sells opened my mind to a world of guitar shredding I didn't even know existed, and Dave's playing actually inspired me to learn guitar. Can't really go wrong with any of their first 5 albums, all are incredible

Everyone seemed to slow down their songs in the early 90s.
Megadeth went the complete opposite way.
One of the 3 albums that got me into metal and i've never looked back.

The first two melodic solos are Marty and then just like Jeffrey said, last shreddy one is Dave. If you listen to the song Victory off of youthanasia, they go back and forth and it’s fun to hear their different styles alternating. Great reactions man!! This is how I felt first listening to them. If you like megadeath you might want to check out testament, overkill, suicidal tendencies, and yes Dave did play for metallic but they kicked him out cause of his heroine use the rest of the band was trying to get clean and he keeps using that wasn’t working

Nahhh, first listen through, I do it straight as is, did people have captions the first they heard it on cassette/CD? I don't think so 😂 and since this video I have heard this song MANY times now and have the lyrics down, glad you enjoyed though
Subbing for the old school reactions. Dave Ellifson was the bassist and is excellent, but Frankie Bello from Anthrax is possibly better. The first and last solos were Dave, the ones in between were Marty. After a while, you can "pick" out the difference 🤣(sorry)
