    Discipline is doing what needs to be done, even though you don't want to do it. There is no shortcut. It takes time to create a better, stronger version of yourself.

    Did this one again. I love the burn and challenge. I will keep doing this one. By far this is one of my favorites. BTW Thank goodness you would say breathe. I didnt even realize I was holding my breath. Lol Thank you.

      i got mine for around 2$ on ebay just lookup lowest and bid on a couple i almost won 2 and mine comes in a set of 5 difficulties so 30 cents a band ... also got 20 bike lights recently for 2 $ all led im going to use it for filming youtube videos and twitch streaming hahaha

    Can I just say that when you do this workout with the extra-wide extra-thick bands it is killer....my legs were shaking. But it is getting better now that I have done it 3 times. Thanks for this workout...

    I love this workout, because I love when it burns and when I can scream😍😂It just feels good, when you know your body is working.
    When I told my aunt (who is working out too) about the workout, she was like " OMG, how can you like that"😂

    if you dont have or can not afford resistance bands look them up on ebay new ones always added at like 10 cents ... you never know i got my set of 5 comes with xlight light med heavy n xheavy...soo supper deal for 3$ + free shipping... i also got weights and can already notice soo much difference then without them !!!!!!!!!

    That workout is more for the quads and thighs than for the booty.

    hey can use bands frum oter bands 2 use da band thos hey u shuld chek out r booties der pretty point on fleek yo! can we also sing sum musik wile werkin on r booties and werkin wit bands 2? we after waching dis (but we didnt do it cuz its like exercisne n stuff) we were totes sweetin and r booties wur sweet! Hey wenis get ur hand off my inner tight!
