This workout is a Hip Hop glues and booty band workout that will have you burning calories, sweating, while having tons of fun! I promise in 12 minutes this workout will have your heart pumping and the time will fly by!
In this video we are using booty glute bands, but you can still do the workout even if you dont have one! SO LETS GET IT !!!

Most people seem to dislike the lady in front. I love her! It shows that anyone is capable. The more she works, the easier it will get. She's a bit deconditioned in this video, but those are the folks we group fitness instructors want to encourage. You go girl and keep moving!
Exactly!!! We live in such a perfect world on social media and the reality is a lot of people only post the clean cut perfect angles and I’ll tell u that it’s sooo unauthentic!!! Great perspective!!!

The woman in the front is showing that this looks easy but it's not. It's okay to struggle and show you're struggling. She went through the entire workout with out support. She didn't quit. That's all that matters. 🙌🏾

She’s not struggling she’s being annoying and causing a scene. If things are getting to hectic take a 5 minute break and recoup.
She walked it out. I just bought my first booty band. I am going to use this video to try out my first exercise. I love how the instructor took little breaks before starting up again. I know I will be more than just walking it out the first few times I try this. I'll be sitting down. It'll take time for me to get up to the level of the lady in the front, who I think is a great example of how you can gradually build up at your own pace. I think this instructor is fantastic.

Ladies if the intensity is too much don’t be afraid to modify instead of risking injuring yourself. You can risk a knee, ligament, or ankle injury. It’s better to do the workout with a lighter band or no band at all so you can get on effective workout.
Facts!!!
Yes for I rather the latex bands. If I use a cloth band it’s a light band. Even the medium or light cloth band makes it intense For Me!!!

My GI specialist recommended I use these bands in my workout. I also have RA but I will say I was able to do half the routine. Thank you for sharing such a great workout!

I love the exercises so much I plan to use them to create a little workout routine for myself. Although, I noticed that a few of the women are having so much fun that they are forgetting form. If not careful you can risk injury.
