I had been working on my own fox mask, for a while now. Wish I had seen this channel before and thought of making the clay figure first and then making a guide off of that. I've just been mostly trying to free hand it off if pictures just slowly carving a little at a time until it looks about right. This way would have really helped speed it up.

@@hiromitsu3177 Howtoだと今の動画で間違いないと思うのですが、メイキング動画としては、例えば絵描き動画で絵を描いている部分の省略していることに近い事だと思うので是非見せて欲しいと思いました。同じ絵がずっと続く時はx倍速で見せている人もいらっしゃいますね！自分はただの視聴者なので動画作りとして何が正解かは分かりませんが、コツコツと作業する動画やが形ないところからモノが出来上がっていく所を見るのは好きで、ずっと見てしまっています。

I found these videos out of random and I find it quite, relaxing to watch the process of wood carving. Do you sell these masks somewhere? or do you keep them fo r merely 'documentary' purpose?

Where did you begin to learn this? I think craftsmanship like this is fascinating, but I can never find where to start.
There are places in Japan where you can learn to carve wooden masks I studied it for two years 25 years ago.
