It's lovely to see you both out and about enjoying yourselves. I lived in County Durham for 20 years, so was always at the lakes. I love Ambleside too, but all the lakes are beautiful. Back home in Wales now living as divorced. Was lovely seeing Fudge wagging his tail by the river, whilst you were cuddling & kissing him. It's difficult to be all happy, when you've just lost a pet, but at least you still have Fudge. This will help you both, just as much as Fudge has you both. You'll always have your tresured memories locked away in your heart! Fudge is very lucky to have you both who absolutely love and care for him.. Hes enjoying his walks. Be kind to yourselves as still early days.😇 Take care both and lots of love to Fudge. Dawn xx 🥰🦮🤗🏴
Thank you for another interesting vlog you are all in our prayers and thoughts at this sad time hope you continue to be strong and enjoy your lives best wishes Sheila and family
Lovely video. Its hard when you lose one dog, you can't explain to the other one where they have gone. Been there many times and animals grieve too. Glad you are back in the lakes, nature is the greatest healer x
It's good to see Fudge's tail wagging away! As with all of us, it will take time for her, and for you too, but she's getting lots of love and wonderful walks, so she will be fine. With mine, when she lost her best friend, she did the opposite and snuggled onto her friend's bed as much as she could. Then one day she suddenly left it and ignored it from then on. So I took that as my cue to move all the bits and pieces I still had down. They're all different, aren't they.
Wonderful vlog! You are handling this so well and Fudge is adjusting with the help of your love. Well done for researching how to make it easier for her. ❤❤❤
I grew up in Suffolk and remember Dunwich well. I remember walking along the beach with my Mum and seeing bones from the graveyard sticking out from the cliff. The erosion on that coastline is really significant. I think Fudge and the two of you are coping marvellously. Big hugs xx
I'm so sorry for the loss of your beautiful Dog Archie, we were at Dunwich Beach two weeks ago, such a beautiful area for cycling. we stayed nearby on a CL site. PS I sent you a comment on my Facebook group. Best regards Stu Bear
Well done Kath ❤ Never been to Suffolk but what a lovely place! Great little museum and ruins. Ambleside is so peaceful and a lovely walking place to lose yourself.. Just a thought Fudge may not go in Archie's bed for a reason ❤
Dunwich was a lovely place one we will definitely go back to. Fudge was out of sorts for a few days and just avoided Archie’s bed but after about 3 days she just got in of her own accord and snuggled down. It’s hard to know what goes on in their little minds but she knew something was wrong. We have kept a close eye on her and she’s seems ok now. Catch up soon. Xx
Hi my friend was telling me about this awesome channel from two local ladies that I should watch! Couldn’t believe it when I saw it was Archie’s mummies! 💜 hope Fudge is doing ok. We are just on our first motorhome trip and doing the Cornish coast! Sending lots of love to Fudge, Michelle UV
Awwww. Thank you. Fudge is coping well. Better than we expected. I think she is secretly enjoying the extra attention. Hope your first trip goes well. Happy travels. 🤗🙏🚌❤️
Hi, lovely vlog and lovely seeing Fudge playing in the sea👍 you are all still in the grieving stage. You’re doing very well take your time. Safe travels my friends ❤❤❤❤
Hi Kath and Sue I always worry about the effects on the pet left behind after seeing how close Fudge and Archie were. But she has 2 fantastic Mums so I’m sure she will be okay, hope you are both okay. We had to return early as both been really unwell with suspected COVID, staring to feel human again now. Take care and safe travels 🙏❤️👍👊🚌🏴🐕
Dunwich looked a cute little town ! Who doesn’t love a smugglers museum, a pub and a beach all in the same spot ! Glad to see the three of you back in the Lakes xxxxx
It was lockdown when we lost our oldest dog . The one left behind layed on my chest for nearly the whole of lockdown. We were worried when we went back to work but he's fine ❤
Lovely to see all you again and again am so sorry for your pain all of you . We had multiple of dogs and now we have one . We will be getting more as we always have had more than one . What we noticed between my husband and I is that if only one of us has the lead the other feels quite sad and can be overwhelmed with grief. So what we do is we still have two leads even if only one dog as this makes us feel better . Take it easy and fudge is lovely . 🐾❤️🫶
