I discovered 3 things that cured my severe toe pain, neuroma issues - wearing toe spacers off & on, zero drop/barefoot shoes (Lems) with wide toe box, foot exercises to strengthen the whole foot/ankle area. after a year the pain is gone until I try to wear “normal” shoes. Cannot & will not do it to myself but sadly, can’t find many options in a slightly less casual style. I’m missing dressier shoes🙁. Even my Sperry boat shoes pinch my now wider toe spread😢
I am 67 and I had five back surgeries, so comfortable shoes is the only thing I wear. And that doesn’t mean that my shoe collection is boring. I have a great and interesting selection of shoes. No one talks about the Sperry boat shoes, I love those shoes for the summer time at the beach going on boat trips, or just all-around comfortable. Which is part of the coastal vibe look! I just bought a pair in gray and they go with everything.😊
I just don’t know why I have always hated ballerina flats and I have never found them flattering with my short legs and not comfortable with my flat feet!! I think they look great on slim long feet!! Love loafers and sneakers !!
I am under 5'2", so I have gravitated towards higher heels, and I kept athletic shoes for workouts. Now that I am in my 60's I am embracing more comfortable and lower heeled styles of shoes. Wearing loafers and ballet flats for the first time and not feeling frumpy. I will always love a wedge or a platform shoe, and I will keep my favorites in my closet.
I went to Walmart to specifically try on those retro sneakers you’ve talked about (Time and True?) I tried them on in the nude color tones and then I tried on a similar pair in the same color by Avia. I ended up buying the Avia ones because I just liked how they looked better on me. I’m having so much fun styling them, I wore them to work (I work at Ann Taylor) with some wide leg cropped pants and everyone loved how it looked. It was kinda elevated, yet still casual.
Comfort is big as you age. I finally got those Time & Tru classic-look sneaks from Walmart, the beige and tan ones you guys are always showing. I have a lot of foot problems and these are superb! I'm not sure why I waited so long but I'm glad I finally got them. I love clogs (teen in the 60s) but I tend to walk out of them. I'm looking at those back strap ones and going. . . . Hmmmm
I love kitten heels. I got rid of any other heel in my closet. I’m too old to be uncomfortable in shoes. As long as I can wear kitten heels I will. Then I guess I’ll go to flats. I love clogs, I had some up until a few years ago. I held on to them forever. Now I have to buy some new ones. I used to wear them to work at an office. I wasn’t used to getting an hour lunch. So I walked all over the down town region. And be back to my desk on time.
I've always loved clogs and have always had at least one pair. Glad to see the new variety of styles. 😊 Kelly, love your comment about couch potatoes getting in on the sneaker trend! 😄🙋♀️
Love all the shoe trend options but I cant help thinking to myself, “I used to wear some of these shoes back in the day!” Clogs, loafers, kitten heels oh my! 😀
Great video Ladies! I love love the clogs! I am a retired nurse so I have worn them most of my life. I loved all the shoes! I remember my hubby also making remarks about the loafers and the pointy toes! 😢 Men, no taste! Lol Would love to see a video on just your jewelry pieces.
Thanks for some great tips, shoes for me are all about comfort so sneakers are definitely my go to but I also like platform heels and wedges and I have been seeing them more in stores this year
What a cute haircut !! I have stopped coloring my hair and have embraced my gray/ white hair and am in need of a haircut and I just might do something similar .
Aloha ladies, I enjoyed this vlog, I love shoes too, I'm a jean and tshirt kind of girl, but comfortable and stylish pair of shoes are very important especially the classic retro shoes and sling back kitten heels. Thanks again for the tips.
Great video!! I think you cute ladies should investigate the Vivaia shoe line. They have all kinds of flats and sling back heels to kitten heels. Not only are they attractive and stylish, but they are so COMFORTABLE!!! I have three pair and just love them!!
Yay for comfortable shoes! I'm definitely embracing sneakers the most, but all of these options are really great. Kelli, I love that your husband called your loafers "orthopedics" lol. That sound like my family! 🤣Thanks for another fun video, ladies!
Great video, ladies! Again, you can’t go wrong with a classic style. I keep buying ballet flats because I wear them out. And I absolutely love kitten heels! So feminine. I’ll pass on the clogs, but what I don’t have is a pear of black sneakers. I think that’s going to be my next investment! Thank you again for this video!
I love my high heels, but i have purchased some cute, colorful tennies, and will definitely look at some clogs. Have not worn thiose since high school. BTW--love kittenheels they look great with jeans! Thanks ladies!!
Absolutely LOVED this video! I’ve just been diagnosed with degenerative scoliosis so I need those “orthotics” Kelly’s hubby was teasing her about! Ha! I can also still wear the low kitten heels, and of course the loafers and ballet shoes. In fact, I wanted to ask you WHERE did you see the pink and white houndstooth ballet flats with the embellishments?!! Right down my alley! Yes, even at 72 I do love fashion and pink is one of two top favorite colors (periwinkle is #1!!!), so I would love to snatch a pair of those! 😊
We linked all of the pairs we shared in the video in the description box below so just click on the show more button and it will open up for you. So glad you enjoyed this video .
So many cute styles! I've noticed that with the overall "aging of society" that comfier, flatter shoes seem to be trending all the time! Thrilled that kitten heels are in again, wore those for years (still do). I also had a super cute chunky pair of loafers a couple years back, but could NOT keep them on my feet due to my narrow heels....so I gave them to Goodwill. Now, I'm kicking myself because chunky loafers are IN, and I love them, so the hunt is on again!
I have a pair of loafers with the slug sole and wore them with some ankle jeans and received many compliments and I didn't know I could still get compliments. Thank you for this video.
Love this vid!! So ready to try some spring styles soon. Has anyone tried Tamara Mellon shoes now that they feature a comfortable pillow top insole? I can NEVER wear a 4 inch heel but their comfortable pillow top makes wearing higher heel shoes less painful as time has passed!
Oh yes I love some loafers! I found those black ones at Walmart on clearance and the sizes were weird. 8 was too tight, like couldn’t get them on. And the 8 1/2 was too big. I was so bummed because they were reduced to $7!
Thank you beautiful ladies for this video! So happy to see sneakers are in style as they are so comfortable. Do you have a recommendation /video for the best no-show socks to wear with them? I've had several different pairs but they all slip off :(
If you keep your shoes long enough, they come back into style! I found a pair of old retro sneakers in my stash that look like new. No excuse to shoe shop. 😟(But of course I still will!)
I absolutely agree that choosing shoes for maxi skirts is a challenge. I tend to go for sandals when I wear a maxi but of course this works in FL where it's almost always warm. You could do a very low profile white sneaker like a converse or kids and something dressier like a wedge or block heel sandal depending on the look you are going for
I live in loafers n sneaks. The link to new balance sneaks in suede is sold out but you can get them from Dick's Sporting Goods instead. I just picked some ip
I love loafers I hate how they look on my face because I wear a size 11. Can you have any has recs for a pair that is flattering on larger feet please let me know. Great video!
I wear an 11.5 and can't even find any in my size, and men's loafers do look more clunky. I was super.lucky last fall and thrifted a pair of comfy black loafer mules from A New Day, a Target brand, in my size. They are great.
I always wear clogs. Can't live without them! Trending or not.
I love all of these. At 51 and a teacher, I no longer have patience for uncomfortable shoes. Thank you for these ideas.
You are so welcome!
So glad to see more comfortable shoes on trend !

My go to shoes for Spring to Fall. I like the Classic one but I can’t seem to find their soft tan ones anymore.
Five surgeries..oh my How are you. One l four and five fusion..no more. Pain and spasms still. Are u better?
My favorite sneaker is keds champion. They come in all sorts of cute colors and prints. Adorable with ankle pants
I love the slingbacks kitten heel!
My daughter was making fun of my kitten heel. I can’t wait for her to turn 40+. I can’t wear those high heels anymore.
Me too. During covid, I ditched ALL of my high heels. Just can't do it any more!
When i was in my 20's i ONLY wear kitten heals. Now they're my basics.
Another great one! I found kitten heels a couple of years ago and they work for so many styles of shoe.
Wonderful!
Love the kitten heels
I still have my clogs from the 90s- I never could let them go. I’m glad they are coming back in style but that never stopped me from wearing them.
LOVE this!!!!!! Kelly, KILLING with the shorter hairstyle! So modern!!!
I just don’t know why I have always hated ballerina flats and I have never found them flattering with my short legs and not comfortable with my flat feet!! I think they look great on slim long feet!!

Walmart Sneakers was to clunky looking for me.
@@ruthtorphy2204 yes, I thought so too and the other pair I bought look better on me and with how I wear them.

I have to have clogs with a back strap
Love the pink/white Steve Madden shoes with the glam bow, so cute!💕
Me too!!
I still kept my clogs from a few years, glad they are back in style! Thank you for keeping us on trend!
Our pleasure!
I bought a pair of black loafers last year and never really wear them. Super excited to bust them out this year! May need to buy more!
Great video! I always look for shoes that will help make my larger feet look smaller. I just can’t do the chunky loafers and thick sneakers.
I love kitten heels. I got rid of any other heel in my closet. I’m too old to be uncomfortable in shoes. As long as I can wear kitten heels I will. Then I guess I’ll go to flats. Kelly, love your comment about couch potatoes getting in on the sneaker trend! 😄🙋♀️
QHBPMGAD women diabetic shoes are very comfortable and soft. It is a good choice for diabetic patients or old people!
I love loafers, sneakers and clogs, I'm done with uncomfortable shoes. Greetings from germany.
I love Kitten Heels! I wore them last summer.

🛍️ love the shoe ideas. I just bought 2 loafers after seeing your videos. My daughter said they remind her of her Dad’s shoes🤣. I love them though.
Thanks for some great tips, shoes for me are all about comfort so sneakers are definitely my go to but I also like platform heels and wedges and I have been seeing them more in stores this year

You are so refreshing! And you look very radiant. ❤❤ thank you !
I can not wear heels anymore but not wearing orthopedic shoes although this week I might change my mind..nah.all cute options. ❤

I love those retro sneakers!
Loved all these choices and especially the ones that have style with comfort!😊
Glad you like them!
I have three of the shoes from your suggestions. Two neutral sneakers and one neutral loafer. Thanks for the budget friendly suggestions!
Glad you like them!

Yay for sneakers! A 20 year old complimented me on my black Vans the other day! (I’m 56 lol!)
Yes to cute and Comfortable shoes! 👞👟🥿
So many great ideas. I really struggle to find pretty casual shoes, this was inspiring.

I had the same problem!
Love the lower heels! I love high heels, but due to feet issues, I can’t wear them anymore.
Great ideas
Thank you! 😊
I’ve been thing about getting a pair of clogs. This video was just the inspiration I needed! ✨✨✨✨✨
Kelli, where can i get the cream tote with chevron stitching that ur carrying in photos? I will forever own ballet flats.
Yes they are always a staple
Thank you so much for this!

I think I’m gonna shop for kitten heels! 🎉 they’re cute and look dressy, I’m not high heel girl…1-2in max! And usually for special outings only.
I look for kitten heels every where but with a wide foot don't have much luck.
Wow! Nice shoes👌🏻
Could you also feature office shoes (open and closed toe that are not high heeled?
My favorite kind of video ❤
Love seeing 'real' shoes that you can actually walk in!
Great tips!
Never like how ballerina flats feel or look on my feet.. I live near coast and once weather turns warmer I just live in sandals and flip flops 😎
Love these trends!
If you keep your shoes long enough, they come back into style! I found a pair of old retro sneakers in my stash that look like new. No excuse to shoe shop. 😟(But of course I still will!)
I love shoes. Think I will buy some sandals.
Ladies thanks for that video.... I'm at my 50s🙌👏
You are so welcome!
I really like the (orthopedics) loafers 😂, i don’t think I would wear the kitten heel unless I really like the shoe😊
What shoes would you suggest for wide leg black corduroy pants and also maxi skirts? I’m really struggling with finding a cute look for both of those!
I absolutely agree that choosing shoes for maxi skirts is a challenge. I tend to go for sandals when I wear a maxi but of course this works in FL where it's almost always warm.
