Totally agree with you - ballet flats are not comfortable for me and Sambas I did in high school. Appreciate them both on other people but they don’t work for me. It’s important to know your style and not just succumb to trends. Helpful video!
I loved hearing about your son, Gage. I remember watching your videos when your children were little. I can't believe how much he has grown! Love your channel, Erin!!
I love M Demi flats, the Gia. They are sold online. They have a lot of great shoes, Italian made and comfortable. I also have worn these all around Paris, with the cobblestones and all; I have had 3 foot surgeries so my shoes really have to be comfortable.
I love shoes and have bad feet these days and it's hard to find comfort and style , but this video gave me hope. Thank you, Erin, and always excited when you post a video. I hope your holidays are peaceful and beautiful. Congrats to your son, awesome!
I'm definitely a sneaker lover and the styles you mentioned are fabulous! Love Love Love the proud Mom moment - have been a subscriber since your kids were little! How lucky they are to have you as their Mom!♥
I come from the era of skilled workers: "Cobbler" or Shoe Repair still exists! One can have their favorites restored. New Soles, Heels, Zippers, Polished was & is possible. Expensive/ Inexpensive footwear can be brought back to life... Search your area... I've been benefitting from this skilled labor for decades. 👍🏾😘
I am 71. Used to wear heels... up to and including my hip replacement at age 49. I had very painful foot arthritis from 1979. 40 years later a brilliant foot surgeon fixed them (quite literally). I can now wear chelsea boots, and cowboy style ankle boots - so long as they zip up! I can walk and cycle comfortably on wide heels up to 5 cms. As well as in loafers and trainers
i Am 57 and wear my ivory Mary Jane’s. in San Francisco all the time. Lots of mid life women do! It depends how you style them. If you wear them with slightly masculine modern/ wide leg jeans or modern tailored trousers it’s a juxtaposition / kind of the wrong shoe theory at play and it totally works IMO🎉
At 50 years old, I’m only wearing functional comfortable shoes. My holy grail flats I’m wearing are Birkenstock Boston clogs 😂. I’m into the street wear footwear like all the cool sneakers. I have the Sambas and Gazelles.
Great video! I’m 52 and flats just aren’t me. I’ve tried and it feels strange. However I’m loving my flat or low heel boots and a variety of sneakers. Also in my experience it’s pays to invest a bit more in shoes because they can be repaired or re- soled when you wear them out. Cheap shoes often cannot be repaired. By repairing shoes to keep your favorites, spend less in the long run and keep stuff out of the landfill.
Way to go Gage! Very impressive … especially in TX !, hope it wasn’t too hot 🥵 I hate wearing flats for all the reasons you mentioned. The one pair I had eons ago , that were fantastically comfortable and pretty were a burgundy patent pair ballet flats from Geoxx, which had a super cushiony and aerated sole for breathable comfort . Should have held on to those shoes !
Yeah I’m with you on flats…just can’t do them, they hurt my foot and are uncomfortable. I agree that the platform loafers are comfortable and I love the look. The heeled sneaks are interesting…I may have to try!
I love Vivaia Margot Maryjane’s. They’re very comfortable. I’m 57 and love to wear them with my jeans. Converse Runstar sneaker in burgandy and Adidas Spezials in suede are my fashion sneakers of choice right now, very comfortable. I also love loafers. Thursday Boot Company is my go to for loafers and boots. Birkenstocks are all year round staples for me as well. Many many pair of Birks.
LOVED this video, Erin! ❤ I’ve been loving the comments too. Lots of great suggestions! Thanks! 😊 I have problematic feet and need comfort but want style too! Footwear is hard to find for me 💔 Congratulations to Gage for winning the half marathon! Super exciting and a great sport to be involved in!🏃🏼♂️➡️
LOVE this amazing community and that you all find some really helpful tips from each other! Thanks SO much for your sweet words - SO proud of Gage! Thanks for watching! xo
Thank you very much Erin 💐 this is soooo useful advice, as always in your videos! I have more than enough many shoes, however, with most I always had to think about with what I have to wear with them. Sometimes, I had no idea…Such a waste of time, effort and money. I am glad that in the meantime, very nice chic and walkable brown booties are on the way to me, very kind of you, Erin ☺️. Looking forward to your next video, greetings from Europe.
Love this! One thing I rarely hear mentioned is one's preferred outerwear. I pretty much wear a giant puffer all winter long (I hate the cold), and the footwear that goes with that best tends to be a chunky heeled boot. If you are a fan of wool coats, a sock boot or other refined style will work well, but with a big puffer the proportions can look off. This tip helped me so much because I just don't bother much with refined boots anymore :)
Flats that are kind of a wedge are usually good for support and give a slight lift. I wish I had a brand name example. They have a wedge that is about 1inch or less. Edit: quick Google search i found to give example of the look but not recommending the brand: Vivaia, I haven't had those ones specifically but similar shoes like that have worked for me as casual and can be dresser too. Hope that helps! 😊 I see Naturalizer and Cole Haan today when I do the search so they a re out there! 😊
I'm still wearing my See By Chloe Mallory boots you shared a few years ago-bought several pair before they went away and they'll forever be my favorites. Thank you!
The M. Gemi Tosca loafers are my go to shoes when I need flats. I wore them walking miles around NYC earlier this month. The blue color is my favorite!
I’m with you on flats… they’re just not comfortable. I discovered the chunky heeled loafer last year & it was a game changer! Loafers as “flats” from now on! 😊
walking everywhere you must try Veronica Beard tennis shoes! Amazing! I am 57 and swear by them! yes I know they aren't flats but they are what everyone should wear when walking and traveling! Enjoy your 15 year old being home! I have two children, my son Nate is in law school he is 25 and my daughter, Kennedy is 24 and working in cooperate America. Three days a week in office! Life only gets better as you watch your children grow. We are all meeting in Colorado next week and I can hardly contain myself!!
Terrific video Erin. Well detailed. I love tall boots because they go with almost every type of outfit. Although I love stiletto boots, I also love blocked heel boots because they provide better balance for long wear. For me, best booties are black and burgundy because they can go with most regular, everyday outfits.
How I love that term "shoedrobe", LOL. Probably because I am such a shopaholic, I have almost all these items in multiple colors -- almost. What I don't have is a skinny heel high boot. I am in SoCal and there are few uses for them, except as a fashion element. I do, however, have some beautiful knee high suede boots from Bergdorfs that I bought -- wait for it -- 30 years ago. I don't wear them much any more so the darn things are in perfect condition, hee hee. Meanwhile, I LOVE those Veronica Beard booties and am so tempted to get them in chocolate brown -- I don't think I have anything exactly like that. What I love about you, Erin, is you are not only a fashion genius but a life coach too. Thank you so much for both. 😘😘 Oh, and I would recommend Aerosole flats -- lots of support, very comfortable, many cool trendy styles. I have a few Lifestride flats that are beautiful and comfortable too, with good support, but the Aerosoles are flawless. I have six pairs in various colors. (Your son looks exactly like you and Chris, you must be so proud!).
I remember watching when you lived in Texas and your children were young. Congratulations to Gage on his half marathon, can’t believe he’s 15! Great video as always!
I absolutely love your taste and elegance. I share almost 90% of your opinions and ideas. I think shoes should always have a supportive sole. And I think you're the best ❤
Many congratulations with Gage winning the marathon. I have all kinds of shoes, particularly boots and sling backs. Black is definitely a go to colour for me although I do have tan/brown 🤎🖤
Washable, pointy toe, neutral, versatile Rothy’s. 🎉🎉🎉 They have lasted ~4 yrs. They are my go-to, especially with living in a humid climate with frequent dewy ground.
Erin, Your videos make me so happy!❤ I love you running in the high heeled sneakers shoes, that was so great just made me smile and laugh. Once again, great video, so much fun and with so much great advice. You are a wealth of knowledge girlie!
I love heels but I practically live in low-heeled shoes bc i have a more relaxed lifestyle now and I struggle with foot pain. Vionic shoes have been a lifesaver. They've got ballet flats, loafers, sandals & mary janes with built-in support and they don't look fuddy duddy.
Vivaia Aria and Aria Walkers and Anne Klein Flex are great looking, cushioned, supportive flats. My black pointed toe Vivaias got me through London, Paris, and Amsterdam in style covering 15,000 to 20,000 steps a day.
Great idea! Thanks for sharing. I did share a few tips on that one in this older video that you might enjoy: ua-cam.com/video/6o2rnooP7Io/v-deo.htmlsi=T1nZcfq8nOxwrITB&t=984
I can’t tell you how excited I was to see a new video from you Erin !!! Yay 🎉 love when you talk about shoes ! I would love to see a new makeup tutorial from you Erin and maybe a hair one too ?!? Love when you do those !!! that would be so great !! 💄👩🦳💋
I look forward to this video every season! Thank you! Always great style picks and brands. I have a pair of Naturalizer Mary Janes. No break in period and they can look stylish with wide leg jeans. But at 5’2” I do prefer a little heel. 😊
I love my Vivaia pointed toe Mary Jane flats. I have wide feet and can rarely wear pointed toe shoes, but these are malleable and comfortable. Usually Mary Janes are too precious for me (I'm 48), but the strap is diagonal, and to me that makes all the difference. I wear them instead of my Converse when I'll be walking around a lot but want to look slightly more elevated.
Thanks for this great video. So helpful. I love your videos and find your ideas to be spot on. I agree with you about flats being tough to walk on. I do love my Ann mashburn flats. They have support and look like the manolos.
Yessss, the video I've been wanting for. 🤸🏼♀️ I don’t like or wear flats. I will be purchasing new boots and sneakers. My son is your age. Congrats Gage!
My favourite flat for versatility is a ballet or Mary Jane but totally agree on the comfort. i.e. you gotta be real picky. If you like Mary Janes past 40 (I do) Flattered has some beautiful pointy ones in various colours including the trendy burgundy, which are very grown-up and elegant. I think the points and other styling elements are what keep it classy and timeless, rather than overly youthful.
Erin DARLING! Thank you for these fantastic ideas, I love boots for sure, tall boots can be a challenge for me specially during menopause, I get really bad hot flushes, although I am post menopause I still get hot flushes every now and then. Congrats to your son for winning the 1/2 marathon...he has gotten so tall since the last pictures I saw when you were in Spain. I used to run marathons, half-marathons and 10Ks, that's was so long ago. Anyway, thank you again for the video and sharing about your son. Until next time. XOXO💋
J. McLaughlin offers great looking shoes == especially the classic loafer. Agree flats don't provide much support but I find this brand very comfortable. Great video and congrats to Gage!
Erin!! I love your videos!! 🎉🎉I don’t agree that black is th most versatile boot color for true spring coloring with light hair and skin with warm undertones. I don’t own much black anymore. Same with chocolate brown. Too dark and not at all harmonious with my light hair - i feel like the warmer browns/camel/dark camel/ sand color/ nude and ivory look way more harmonious with my hair - not black! it’s too heavy - just my 2 cents
Vionic makes great stylish flats with arch support; I hate ballet flats for all the same reasons; I love a pointed toe flat, Dolce vita, Frye, etc. make some nice ones. Thanks for the video! Bring on the sequins!!!
Hi beautiful girl. I love the burgundy sweater but then we got a bonus seeing a peak of your Christmas decor and the gorgeous sequined top. Wow, Erin this was great. This is the area where I am lacking. Years of standing doing hair has made what a foot doctor told me….crappy feet…flat, skinny, bunions etc. My husband will never go shoe shopping with me. I swear I could try on a hundred pairs of shoes and not finding anything that remotely works. I do have a pair of nice Born leather booties, but sorry I did not buy black. I got a pair of Dolce Vita chunky black boots that are fairly comfy. I have knee higher brown and black boots , but bought cheap because figured they would not be comfortable. They are, but won’t last. I will review all of these. The sneaker boots with a heel are so cool. Wonderful to “see” you. A big Congrats to Gage . I remember when your two kiddos were real young. I love this journey with my first fashion Utuber ❤❤❤ I will rewatch this. 😊
I’m looking for a tan bootie to wear with lighter jeans and pants ( but I walk everywhere so they have to be comfortable). Have to mention you look beautiful. Could we please get a skincare video in the future? ❤
Hello. I want to thank you for your content, which has evolved, you are more direct in the point you explain, and I hope you have a catalog of your clothing combinations. You also look great.
Hi beautiful Erin! I also watched your children grow up on your channel and I can’t believe how Gage has turned into this tall teenager! This is such a great video. Regarding flats, I developed plantar fasciitis in both my feet due to wearing non supportive shoes too often and definitely wearing flats did not help. Also , can you please share your lip color? I love it! 💄💋
I see him every day and it's still hard to believe! Thanks SO much for your continued support throughout the years, Stephanie! Here's the link for you: rstyle.me/+CCohXXVpBXLkHf8k0iG2Og
An acquaintance just recommended Vionic shoes for arch support. I see they have ballet flats, which I've stayed away from in the past, so I'm looking forward to trying this brand.
I had a pair of tall black boots for a long time and I literally wore them to DEATH, and alas, I had to part with them, BUT I just got a new pair, because I missed my old ones so much! I literally went three years without them, and so I used my brown ones, which I found I didn’t like wearing as much as the black. They just make your dresses and pants look so nice and they look a little sexy, too, and at 62, I still like to look a little sexy when I dress up, Hahaha!😆 😂 I am loving the lower heeled dress shoes these days and there are so many shoes now that have the smaller heels. I especially like the kitten heels. Great video Erin.
Erin, thank you for the recap I literally love these videos. It helps me feel like I’m on the right track. Flats…🥴 I have a pair of Aerosole/Catalina in a black quilted leather. I only wear them for an evening out during the cooler months here in the California desert. They are not a pair of shoes I would take a long walk in…lol. I do own a pair of ADIDAS lotto brasil in the white. I don’t feel good in all white sneakers so this one has a blend of a gum siding and a small black logo with a slight suede at the toe so it has some interest to it. So far they are working out and I do reach for them. Your black VB sneaks look really cute with that wedge, it’s nice for a lift with some longer jeans. I only have two pair of boots, one Black Thursday lug lace up and one shootie/black with a pointed toe by Life Stride it’s called the Annette. It is not real leather and my feet are slightly wide and the heel is 2”. It’s true to size and very comfortable. I am also going to grab a black sling back heel from the same brand with a pointed toe. I rarely wear heels but I think I will wear these because they are stylish & comfortable. I do need to add a fresh loafer to the mix I wore out my Franco Sarto’s. I may try a pair of Thursday loafers this season. Thank you Erin, your son is growing up so quickly. Have a lovely winter ❤😊
They only "flats" I wear are sneakers lol.Same reason as you. Sorel is worth EVERY penny. I got a pair for NYC winters as I walk everywhere and they never let me down. Look as good as new. I love the "sneaks" but not price point. Hoping there will be some cheaper copy cats. Your son got so big (my step daughter is getting married and I feel old). Thanks for the other options and in depth video. You look fabulous, Erin.
Great suggestions as always, feeling a bit naughty as I just pulled the trigger on some gorgeous knee high boots from Marks & Spencers! 🤩 I have flats from Vivia that are super comfy
I haven't worn any of my heeled booties yet this fall but I moved them to our main doorway to remind me that they are an option. The only one I have that wasn't mentioned are the winter boots purely for function.
Love the video great rundown. One thing that was missing and what I am struggling with now is what to wear with winter white outfits. I know I can wear contrasting colors, but I am looking for off white or cream shoes or boots, and none of your suggestions include anything in that color (except sneakers) Help please!
Here's a few for you! rstyle.me/+YedMSDw_kdI13OZGxIihhA rstyle.me/+kVO77k9wMbe4mErSPEGZNw go.magik.ly/ml/27csy/ go.magik.ly/ml/27ct1/ And a more casual option: go.magik.ly/ml/27csy/ (Love this style with dresses too!)
Thanks for this video. I have a bunch of shoes and still missing many of the staples! It's also hard to find ones for me that don't pinch my toes. PS: I will never wear flats outside of a loafer or sneakers. Love my sneakers..
I’ve never been a flats girl but am finding my style benefits from having a great pair. I discovered Bared Footwear through Daily Helen and they are the absolute best. I have their black mesh Mary Jane ballet flats and they are perfect. An investment as they are around $250 a pair, I plan on getting a neutral pair post holiday
I am 78, and my favorite pair of flats are my pointed toe, calf hair leopard print "Rodney" from Sam Edelman! I also have a couple of round toe ballet flats, but I only wear a size 5.5, and my feet look even smaller in those!
These ones? go.magik.ly/ml/27cry/ They're great! Sam Edelman is definitely a great option for comfortable shoes - thanks for sharing your favorite pair of flats with us, Trisha! xo
Your comfort is SO important when it comes to shoes, Marnie. I'd look for low block heeled styles... Here's a couple of ideas that come to mind but it's going to be important to try them on and make sure they work for YOU to keep you safe and comfortable. go.magik.ly/ml/27cqw/ go.magik.ly/ml/27cqz/ go.magik.ly/ml/27cr0/
You can sort this even further to only show your exact size - but I went ahead and sorted to only show wide widths here for you! Hope this helps. xo go.magik.ly/ml/27cr3/
Thanks for another great video :) I've been having trouble finding the right knee high boot because the boot shaft comes up short (even the "over the knee" boots) - are there boots/brands that have shaft height of 17" or greater that don't hug the leg too tight (like the S.W 5050's) as I'd like to be able to tuck pants in to them like you mentioned! Otherwise, I've really enjoyed the Vivaia square toe ballet flat. Ballet flats generally pinch/squish and make my feet tire too quickly but these are waterproof, washing machine safe, and I've been able to walk all day sight seeing in them. First pair of ballet flats I've been able to wear daily. They're on the more casual side, but do smarten up more casual clothing items like jeans and T's.
Here's a few boots for you to check out, Natalie! Vince Camuto | go.magik.ly/ml/27c95/ Marc Fisher LTD | go.magik.ly/ml/27c99/ Schutz | go.magik.ly/ml/27c9d/ Thanks for sharing your favorite flats and thanks so much for watching! xo
I have a pair of black Vivaia pointed toe ballet flats. They are NOT good for being on your feet all day. But, if you wear them for an occasion where you do not need to be on your feet, they are lovely.
My favorite flats are my Aerosole ballet flats. I have navy and black. They are many years old but super comfortable. I wish they were still made, I'd buy more colors.
My holy grail ballet flats are “Me Too”/“Adam Tucker”. They are incredibly comfortable and good for wider feet too, I have several pairs and keep re-buying them… I have travelled with them and worn them all over Europe too! Similar to Sam Edelman but better IMO.
Tieks are the best flats on the market. I have a pair that I have had over 10 years. They are so comfortable and are more comfortable than my tennis shoes.
Erin do you have a hack to keep a raw edge pair of jeans from raveling when washed... i don't like the look after i wash them it's all fuzzy and i prefer when i first buy them with the raw edge... any tips?
I love to wear flats! My favorite brand right now is Paolo… I got them from Nordstrom. They are chic and comfortable! I have 3 different styles and love them all. Approximately 120.00 a pair.
Great brand! I had quite a few shoes from Linea Paolo years ago and kind of forgot about them - recently tried a few again. Thanks for sharing, Debbie! xo
I have AGL flats sooo comfortable and good support! I do NOT like the spanx heels/sneakers. I would just rather do nice upscale sneakers, IMHO! Love your content, thank you!! ❤

Totally agree with you - ballet flats are not comfortable for me and Sambas I did in high school. Appreciate them both on other people but they don’t work for me. It’s important to know your style and not just succumb to trends. Helpful video!
I love your long form videos. They're so informative and helpful! I really needed this one, thanks Erin, you're amazing Girl 🩷
You are SO welcome, Amber! So glad this was helpful for you. xo
I loved hearing about your son, Gage. I remember watching your videos when your children were little. I can't believe how much he has grown! Love your channel, Erin!!
Thank you so much! And thanks for following along all these years. It’s amazing how much both kids have grown even to me.
You describing Gage winning the marathon was so cute! A blend of wonder, excitement and pride. Congratulations on the win and the epic belt buckle!
I do too @71 and I dance😂. Do u have DSW where u live? U can try on tons of shoes, boots, etc etc by yourself! I love their clearance racks too
I'm definitely a sneaker lover and the styles you mentioned are fabulous! Love Love Love the proud Mom moment - have been a subscriber since your kids were little! How lucky they are to have you as their Mom!♥
Aw, thanks SO much for your support throughout the years, and thanks for your sweet comment! SO proud of him. xo
Great tip! Thanks so much for sharing, Susan. xo
That’s amazing! I love that you didn’t give up too!
i Am 57 and wear my ivory Mary Jane’s. in San Francisco all the time. Lots of mid life women do! It depends how you style them. If you wear them with slightly masculine modern/ wide leg jeans or modern tailored trousers it’s a juxtaposition / kind of the wrong shoe theory at play and it totally works IMO🎉
Great point - I've discussed that theory and think you're spot on there! Thanks for sharing how you wear them. xo
At 50 years old, I’m only wearing functional comfortable shoes. My holy grail flats I’m wearing are Birkenstock Boston clogs 😂. I’m into the street wear footwear like all the cool sneakers. I have the Sambas and Gazelles.
Yes 🙌
Congratulations, Gage! Way to go!
Very impressive … especially in TX !, hope it wasn’t too hot 🥵
I hate wearing flats for all the reasons you mentioned. The one pair I had eons ago , that were fantastically comfortable and pretty were a burgundy patent pair ballet flats from Geoxx, which had a super cushiony and aerated sole for breathable comfort . Should have held on to those shoes !
The weather was great for his marathon actually! Thankfully. Thanks so much for sharing! xo
Yeah I’m with you on flats…just can’t do them, they hurt my foot and are uncomfortable. I agree that the platform loafers are comfortable and I love the look. The heeled sneaks are interesting…I may have to try!
I am glad you did this video
Because sometimes you get confused with what kind of shoes to wear with certain outfits
Thanks so much 🙏 ❤❤
You are SO welcome! I'm glad this video was helpful for you, Anita! xo
Thanks so much for sharing your favorites! Vivaia has been named a few times so they must be comfy! xo
You are SO welcome! So glad you enjoyed this one. Thanks for being a part of this amazing community!!
Thank you for all of these ideas! Also congrats to your son for winning the 1/2 marathon!!!
Thanks so much!! 🥰🥰🥰
Thank you!
I still love all my see by chloe boots and sandals! Glad you do too!!
The M. Gemi Tosca loafers are my go to shoes when I need flats. I wore them walking miles around NYC earlier this month. The blue color is my favorite!
Thanks for sharing!! 💫
I’m with you on flats… they’re just not comfortable. I discovered the chunky heeled loafer last year & it was a game changer! Loafers as “flats” from now on! 😊
Totally agree! What brand are your loafers that you're loving, Taryn?
( different viewer, here / But I love my {pink smooth-leather} Franco Sarto loafers ! )}@@BusbeeStyle
walking everywhere you must try Veronica Beard tennis shoes!
I completely agree with you about flats needing arch support. I have had good luck with ballerina flats from Vionic and Cole Haan.
Terrific video Erin. Well detailed. I love tall boots because they go with almost every type of outfit. Although I love stiletto boots, I also love blocked heel boots because they provide better balance for long wear. For me, best booties are black and burgundy because they can go with most regular, everyday outfits.
I love my Vionic loafers. So much support! My favorite flats are, surprisingly, the ballet flats from Madewell.
Aw, thanks SO much for your support throughout the years. SO glad you are here! xo
I’m basically a weirdo…and I’m okay with it 🥰 😉
I love heels but I practically live in low-heeled shoes bc i have a more relaxed lifestyle now and I struggle with foot pain.
Love this kind of helpful videos! Could you please make more like “ All bags you need” etcetera?
Great idea! Thanks for sharing. I did share a few tips on that one in this older video that you might enjoy:
ua-cam.com/video/6o2rnooP7Io/v-deo.htmlsi=T1nZcfq8nOxwrITB&t=984
Your videos are fabulous & to the point… no waffling 😎❤️🇬🇧❤️
I can’t tell you how excited I was to see a new video from you Erin !!! Yay 🎉 love when you talk about shoes ! I would love to see a new makeup tutorial from you Erin and maybe a hair one too ?!? Love when you do those !!! that would be so great !! 💄👩🦳💋
Great video! I appreciate your advice ❤ makes sense
Congratulations 🎊🎉🍾🎈 Gage!! Love ❤️ the shoe 👠 list guide. Thank you 😊 Erin & team. Hugs 🤗, Amy
Aw, thanks SO much, Amy!! xo
Thanks for this great video. So helpful. I love your videos and find your ideas to be spot on. I agree with you about flats being tough to walk on. I do love my Ann mashburn flats. They have support and look like the manolos.
Great informative video as usual!
Great video as always ❤great variety shown 👌🏽
Yessss, the video I've been wanting for. 🤸🏼♀️
I don’t like or wear flats.
Love this video! No flats, no flat sneakers (platform sneakers with a wedge). I am going to try the sneaks. ❤❤❤
You'll have to let me know what you think after giving them a try, Carol! xo
That's totally fine! You should always adjust all style tips and inspiration to fit YOU best. Thanks for sharing your own favorites! xo
Labucq is super comfortable.
@@kimroberts9098Thanks. Those look beautiful.
Hello. I want to thank you for your content, which has evolved, you are more direct in the point you explain, and I hope you have a catalog of your clothing combinations. You also look great.
Glad to hear you enjoyed this one! Thanks for watching. xo
They just make your dresses and pants look so nice and they look a little sexy, too, and at 62, I still like to look a little sexy when I dress up, Hahaha!😆 😂
I am loving the lower heeled dress shoes these days and there are so many shoes now that have the smaller heels. I especially like the kitten heels. Great video Erin.
Totally agree! I'm so glad you found a new pair that you love to wear again! xo
Thanks for sharing your favorites, Connie! It really can be so tough to find the right shoes. Thanks SO much for watching and for your sweet words. xo
I agree, not a huge flats fan, but I love love love Tod’s driving Mocs.
Thanks for sharing, Donna! xo
Off topic I know, but you look amazing Erin! 🤩😍
Aw, thanks so much!! Have a great rest of your week! xo
My favorite flat shoes are my gucci loafers!! they are so comfortable and it molds to my feet. It is worth the money..
Great suggestions as always, feeling a bit naughty as I just pulled the trigger on some gorgeous knee high boots from Marks & Spencers! 🤩 I have flats from Vivia that are super comfy
I hope you LOVE your new boots! 😍
@ Aww thanks sweetie ♥️
In my seventies, I value ankle boots, loafers and Keds.
I haven't worn any of my heeled booties yet this fall but I moved them to our main doorway to remind me that they are an option. The only one I have that wasn't mentioned are the winter boots purely for function.
Great way to remind yourself, Colleen! Thanks for watching. xo
I'm madly in love with XERO brand flats. I've worn them traveling all over the world. Might not be gorgeous, but they're heaven on my giant bunions.

And a more casual option: go.magik.ly/ml/27csy/ (Love this style with dresses too!)
Thanks for this video. I have a bunch of shoes and still missing many of the staples! It's also hard to find ones for me that don't pinch my toes. PS: I will never wear flats outside of a loafer or sneakers. Love my sneakers..
I haven’t tried them myself but have heard Vionic flats provide great support.
Sam Edelman is definitely a great option for comfortable shoes - thanks for sharing your favorite pair of flats with us, Trisha! xo
I have ankle injury issues so cannot wear heals... Is there a dressy type of bootie with a super low supportive heal??
Your comfort is SO important when it comes to shoes, Marnie. I'd look for low block heeled styles... Here's a couple of ideas that come to mind but it's going to be important to try them on and make sure they work for YOU to keep you safe and comfortable.

Could You Please recommend where I can buy boots for wide feet.
Thank You for all of your Great Information.
You can sort this even further to only show your exact size - but I went ahead and sorted to only show wide widths here for you! Hope this helps. xo

Love this, Erin! Can you please share link to (brand of) your middle finger ring?
Thanks so much for watching! Here's the link to shop the ring I was wearing: go.magik.ly/ml/27c8q/
Best shoe video. Thank you! ❤
Thanks SO much for watching!! So glad you enjoyed this one. xo
I love my pointed toe Ally loafers from Flattered. Elegant and comfortable for the office.
Thanks for sharing!! xo
sam edelman flat loafers are my go to!
I don't like toe cleavage either, but never heard a stylist say that. Love it!
Can't stand it!!

Thanks for sharing your favorite flats and thanks so much for watching!
My go to flat are Steve Madden mules that resemble loosely the Gucci Princetown. Also I love my adidas sambas
My holy grail ballet flats are “Me Too”/“Adam Tucker”. They are incredibly comfortable and good for wider feet too, I have several pairs and keep re-buying them… I have travelled with them and worn them all over Europe too! Similar to Sam Edelman but better IMO.
Thanks for sharing! They must be comfy to walk all over Europe in! xo
Tieks are the best flats on the market. I have a pair that I have had over 10 years. They are so comfortable and are more comfortable than my tennis shoes.
I tried some and even splurged for the inserts but I felt they lacked support. I don’t love super flat shoes… always want some cushion or lift.
Teacher here, love wearing my heels, but if I have to wear flats, my favorite pair will be Rothys
70 next week and love my black mesh Maryjane’s, just be simple up top- nothing girlie😉
Thanks for sharing, Debbie! xo
For the tall boots, can we do flat heels for dresses?
Sure, a very low or kitten heel can be a great option. Here's an idea for you: go.magik.ly/ml/27crw/
Hi Erin! if you are a 6.5 in sneakers usually how do the Sneex fit...get a 6 or 7? Thanks Suzanne
If you're in between they recommend sizing down! They are seriously comfortable...
I have AGL flats sooo comfortable and good support!
I do NOT like the spanx heels/sneakers. I would just rather do nice upscale sneakers, IMHO!
Love your content, thank you!! ❤
Thanks so much for sharing! I used to have clients buy AGL flats just kinda forgot about them. 😉
What was the brand of black loafer you held up in video…i dint see it listed
Great video. What brand are the black boots with the 3-4 buckles and side zip? thx
Steve Madden from last year! Here's this years, almost identical version: rstyle.me/+yFBzLAuGWCNRnjaE2SGQWA
Thanks for watching! xo
Ooh, maybe you mean these? rstyle.me/+f-yKEtNy_NF8pTlRXlTxcw
Can you show us how to clean are shoes and fix any Scoff marks that need to be repaired.
Lacoste sneakers, and also Salomon
I love a supportive shoe but I do love my Tieks. for a ballet flat. I can wear them all day.
