I ordered the Borla Touring for my 2023 F150 and looking forward to getting it installed. I've had borla on ither vehicles. Borla is expensive but worth every penny

The touring exhaust I think in the best all around sound that isn’t too aggressive but still hits those great exhaust notes

Doesn't sound too bad stock.
Sounds way worse in person. The stock video was all engine noise, the exhaust is extremely quiet.
Dammit Borla 2 weeks after I went with a different system. Couldn't wait went with the MBRP's 4 inch System and its just as nice load deeper tone with no drone. Only thing about MBRP is that its not a dual tip system. Now for the price Borla can not compete. I wanted to get Borla but money was already well spent elsewhere. Oh well no regrets. 😃

Hey Borla, when is this actually getting released? I've been checking your site atleast once a week for 5 months for updates. I already have the 6inch bds lift, fuel 20x10s, trail Grappler 37x20x12.5 but I'm still missing the best part. A black tip s type exhaust. I won't put anything else but borla on my truck, so I'd be proud to be the first buyer.
I have the Atak on my 2021 for 3 months already. Buy a 2020 and cut it at the flange and weld together. No need for it to take this long to flip a flange.

This is actually my truck. I went with the S-Type and it sound way better than stock. It's loud! I'm still grinning when I hit the gas.

If you don't have a lot of cops around you go atak , I have the same type on my 18 sierra 5.3 black tips love it sounds awesome an a k&n Blackhawk I wish I went with my gut on the atak but I have a fair bit of prick cops where I live
My 3rd borla atak f150 catback is due to arrive tomorrow for my new 14th gen f150.
I can't wait and I already know I'm going to love it.
I've had it on a 2013 12th gen f150 2016 13th gen f150 and now the 14th gen is finally getting the royal treatment.
To say I love the sound of a 5.0 v8 f150 with the borla atak exhaust,would be a HUGE understatement.

Hi! Our systems will fit with the standard spare tire for the 2021 F-150.
How about for the crew cab with a 6.5 bed?
We will offer a separate extension pipe for the Crew Cab with Standard Bed.
Just delete the muffler and resonator then add a y-pipe and make it dual. My single pipe is plenty loud with muffler-resonator deleted.
It's not the point of just making it loud. It's the sound quality and drone etc. Many kids around here have loud trucks...but they sound like shit and drone like a nagging wife
@@BoostedBoydYep, straight piped 5.0 F-150s sound like garbage. The tone is super thin and raspy.

You can only use that when cruising at a low rpm to save fuel. Can’t exactly rev it when in V4 mode.
@@teenagecarlover1567 that means at highway speeds your likely to sound like a civic with a fart can, thats my fear.
@@GhostlyGhille My 2010 silverado on the highway just sounded slightly different when it deactivated, you could hear a difference for sure when it kicked in, but definently did not sound like a civic
It sounds like it's misfiring when it kicks in, you can stop it from doing it by using manual mode, tow/haul mode or sport mode.

The ATAK is available in a Split Rear Exit or a Dual Side Exit. You also have the option between Chrome and Black Chrome tips. If you need help getting an exact part number, please let us know.

140872BC will fit the SuperCrew with 5.5ft bed and SuperCab with 6.5ft bed. We do not accept returns on systems that have been installed. However, we do stand behind our products with our warranty and will replace your system if there any defects in materials or workmanship.
Why did Borla go with smaller diameter pipes?
Hi! Our Cat-Back system is 3" into the muffler and dual 2.25" out. The 2.25" diameter tailpipes are smaller, however, it's a dual exit out of the muffler as opposed to the single exit on the stock exhaust.
Ok but why???
Smaller pipes flow better coming out of a single inlet muffler, you would lose a lot of the scavenging effect if you had a single 3" in and dual 3" out. Bigger pipes are ironically MORE restrictive in this case.
This keeps popping up and they are still not released. A lot of people are going to different manufactures now. 🤷🏻♂️
Do you have anything for the crew cab with the 6.5 bed?
Hi! Not at this time, however, we will be offering extension pipes for use with our Crew Cab Short Bed systems that will allow it to fit the Crew Cab Standard Bed trucks.

At this time, we do not have a system for the Crew Cab with Standard Bed. However, we will be offering a separate extension pipe for the Crew Cab Standard Bed trucks. The extension pipe can be added to these system to fit that wheelbase.

Hi! These systems will fit your 2021 F-150 5.0L as long as you have a Crew Cab with Short Bed or Extended Cab with Standard Bed. Trucks with the Crew Cab Standard Bed configuration will require a separate extension pipe, part number 60556.

Yes, this is a bolt-on installation. There is no welding required.
I find the 5.0 a raspy sounding engine.
It sounds even worse with a straight pipe, it's very thin and weak sounding.
Chevy can suck it with their i4 POS, Ford 5.0 is the way to go 🔊👂🔝
So can anyone tell me how to determine the bed size of my 2021 F-150?
The short bed is 5.5 ft, standard bed is 6.5 ft, and long bed is 8 ft in length. We will also need to know the Cab configuration of your truck to be able to assist you with the appropriate part numbers.
