And right off the bat, you caught my attention...standing there with all those flats of canned goods! I had to laugh because it so reminded me of me. I found out years ago that organizing & resupplying this way really works well for me, especially with the meal planning aspect in mind as I buy my STOX. Its great to see a like-minded thinker! I did subscribe to your channel, too! BTW, Armour Chili is one of my favorite canned chili brands. I also look for sales on Hormel & Wolf brands, which are good. A favorite meal pantry meal for me is Chili Weenies...a can of chili doctored up with a little extra spice & herb, some added canned tomatoes w chiles, some cut up hotdogs. Heat & Eat! As a fellow diabetic, I still get my favorite junk food...a chili dog! Its just in a bowl, no bread.

You should look into information on cooking and cooling rice to lower the glycemic index. We make it ahead of time, and just warm it back up. It doesn’t raise the levels too high.

That is not and expiration date but best by date, good way past that date. Good for rotating though. Great job on stocking up.
