Jurassic World Evolution was amazing but lacking in some features to make it the great experience it was meant to be. This sequel seems to be fixing those problem to make this game one of the best park builders out there.
While I agree that JWE2 looks to be expanding and improving upon JWE to become the superior game, JWE was still a *great* experience. Considering the last game we got like it was JPOG and there was no sign of another game like it for 15 years until JWE, I’d say what we got was still great! I swear no one can ever be satisfied with anything anymore.

I just wanted to build new enclosures, buildings, raise new dino types, but along with too many combined tasks, no matter how strong I made the fences, I spent way too much time constantly chasing down escaped dinos. I finally just quit the game, which is a shame, because the game had such high potential to be a great game for me.
@@rjjeffreys literally everything you wanted from the game was all in sandbox. There were settings to disable dinosaurs escaping and no management requirements. You could just freely build with no worries. Maybe should’ve given the game more of a chance instead of quitting after a couple campaign missions.
Games that are more in depth and thought out like this always sound so cool and well done and then I remember I'm a mom with a homestead and that doesn't leave as much time for any of that

The devs has already sent out sections of the game to be played by trusted people, so its likely they have played some of the game before making this video.
I swear every time I think about the new locations in this game taking place outside of Las Cinco Muertes, I think of this game as canonically after the events of Jurassic world fallen kingdom, (SPOILERS AHEAD) InGen decides to both simultaneously mitigate and take advantage of the dinosaurs escaping the underground facility to make another totally original Jurassic World style theme park on the actual continent since they can't use Isla Nublar anymore. And you the player, a high ranking member assigned by the board of directors at InGen has been given the task of managing these new parks.
I made the mistake of pre-ordering jurassic world evolution. I woulnt make the same mistake until I see evidence they finally made a better game than Operation Genesis.

Vegetation they eat isn't depleted at all. Chaos mode isn't even what if scenarios other than San Diego. Most of them are literally just build a park or in JP3's case helping Masrani transfer animals to Nublar which actually happened in the lore.
One of my biggest issues with the first game was vegetation. The camera cuts out when the dinos enter the tree areas. Jeeps couldn't drive through the large gaps in the tree area.
So, I've got JWE1 for the Xbox, but I hate playing games like this on console (got it through game pass. Hard to pass up a free game). The controls just feel clunky. I was going to get it for my PC, but then 2 was announced. But I also understand that JWE2 seems to have a lot missing that will most likely be released in a DLC after Dominion comes out in theaters. So, bottom line, should I get JWE1 and wait for Dominion's release so I can get the JWE2 in full or skip the first game and just get 2 now and patiently wait for the missing features?
Honestly I’ve been enjoying the previous game and looking at this new weather and how Dino’s behave it just seems like your going to be panicking the whole time and will just want to sedate everything which sucks I honestly like that my Dino’s Aren’t constantly being a pain in the ass and I can focus on other things in the game just take the graphics and the new Dino’s with performance and bug fixes with better ai fir the Dino’s

It’s been confirmed that carnivores will have failed hunts and attacks. You can even see a glimpse of it in one of the trailers where a carno is chasing a parasaur and just as it’s about to attack it, the carno trips.
In the 1st game usually when carnivores fought that would for a little and then run away & the fight again later.If it was a carnivore & herbivore fighting then it usually ends when one is dead.

This is a game based on the Jurassic franchise, so all the models are based on the movies, not accuracy, but there is information regarding each dino to read about in a limited form, as its mostly trivia about the movies.

Jwe 2 is a lot better than the 1st one having marine reptiles and we get flying reptiles behave more realistic though.

I feel like youre dishonest. The first game was a huge disappointment. The lack of buildings and features made it a failure. Most people thought this way when it released.
