It's 10pm and I'm starting my meals. Coleslaw: red cabbage, shredded carrots, shredded apple and maybe a beetroot. Tzimme style carrot: boiled, drained and caramelised in maple syrup. Potato kuggle you posted Brisket (not sure which recipe yet) Mash potatoes Swedish style meatballs Maybe some kind of crumble or pudding cake?
@@frumitup I don't like to cook, but I realised that at night (though I'm not a night owl) it's calmer and I don't have all the pressure of meal time. Recipes I steal here and there bits of everyone. I was never thought to cook proper, so it's trial and error still.
I have to admit I am "lazy" for the kitchen. My OCD only sees dirty dishes, "disorganised" counters. I admite how calm you are using all the bowls and pans. I am salivating over your meal!

You can't really mess it up unless it's too dry and stiff. I use a liquid (broth, sauce) and the important is 1 simmer on low heat for longer period and 2 let the meat rest before cutting (loose aluminum foil on the board is fine for me)

@@frumitup we usually dont make sweet stuff on pesach, we have nuts and other sweets, we concentrate more on the main meals, i wanted to make dessert this year, so many amazing ideas, but i just gave birth BH to a boy so juggling that for now 😇😊
We had An event and had guests after Passover ( some of our guests were gluten intolerant) : we made this complete menu and it was crowd pleaser! Everyone loved the potato kugel and the brisket was perfect! As usually Sara this menu was Easy and delicious! Our party of 10 thank you!
I wondered about that too. The recipe includes non-dairy creamer as an option. It also includes mascarpone as an option, but I would think you’d leave that out if you’re serving it after a meat meal.

I am sorry but margarine is horrible, both for our health and in taste. Is butter not allowed in the potatoes or cake? What could be used, other than margarine? that brisket recipe looks fantastic
Hi Megan! I agree that many margarine are horrible so I often take vegan butter instead who is my opinion quite good to Cook and bake with! As per the butter we cannot use it with meat hence the need for an alternative like vegan butter BH Thank you again for your comment! Xoxoxo
You are right margarine is not the best but if you can’t find a vegan butter that is kosher for Passover margarine is what we use ! But please let us know if you find an alternative to margarine that is affordable and accessible with a good kosher symbol for Passover and is not dairy!
